Great deal; works great!

This set works perfect for all my yard needs. Got it for a great price too. The trimmer easily trims my box woods and cypress shrubs. The weed eater is light weight and trims without issues and the blower is perfect for getting all the debris off my porch and sidewalk. I don't have to fuss with gas or oil, just charge the batteries and I'm off… very satisfied

I just got done assembling the weed eater. Haven't used it yet, but I can tell already that it is not left-hand friendly. It is definitely made to use by a right-handed person. To use the edger, I will have to hang on to the shaft with my right hand. The handle is pointing away from my body. The unlock button is on the left hand side of the handle so that to turn it on I have to push the button with my finger and then return it to the position to grip the handle. My previous weed eater had a button on both sides for left or right handers.

I ordered this combo set 3 times and only received batteries. I phoned, chatted, and emailed numerous times since November and still never received the combo set. I had to explain to all the reps that my account showed only the battery being delivered, after they claimed my set was delivered. FINALLY, someone listened and saw what I pointed out to them. Still no Christmas gift for my daughter who was only wanting this set as her gift. :( I finally received my refunds this week after much threatening to Sam's club. I will not be renewing my membership with them.

I also ordered this and only received the battery. I've done the online chat, called Sams multiple times, spoken to someone at the 1-800# and even been told I was getting a refund. Still nothing. I've never been so disappointed. Im glad to know it wasn't just me, but can't believe this is happening. Someone isn't listening at Sams and that's very disappointing.

The product would be great if I could get it. I ordered it from Sam's back in November. They have sent me 3 batteries and no combo worx set. Been on the phone I don't know how many times and still no product. All I get is foreigners saying I fixed it. I just want the product I paid for.

I have attempted to order this item 3 times and only received the batteries. I have purchased in the past, great product for the price, was buying as XMAS gifts, VERY DISAPPOINTED not to receive and no explanation. Maybe someone should figure out why this is a problem.

Easy yo use. Not so easy to put some of them together

They work great but I had to order 2 addition 40V batteries to be able to finish edging and blowing the yard. The two 20v that came with it didn't come close to finishing the job.

I just bought it and charged it up, tried it the next day and it would barely cut a bunch of grass along the edges and hit a weed that wasn't grass and it took many attempts to cut.
