Went from a 42 ounce bag to a 40 ounce bag!

Tasted like burned beans.

I returned it. The roast was flavorless. Very surprised.

First time buying this brand. Tasteless, too weak for my taste.

The bean grinder "brokey broke"

Not great quality or taste

I ordered whole bean and they sent ground coffee instead

Definitely not good for cold brew.

I have always been somewhat of a coffee snob being from Germany, where coffee is a craft. Have always loved Eight o'clock coffee for it's wonderful rich, but not bitter, taste.
