Dustin is our 5th robovac and by far the best so far. The mapping and sensors are great and make the unit way more efficient. We are vacuuming most of our main floor which is 2000 sq ft or so, it vacuums the area on one charge and is usually done in around 90 minutes. The self emptying feature is our first unit with this functionality and is a nice feature.

I am very happy with the bobsweep I purchased in July, 2024. I replaced a Roomba that seemed to take all day with multiple rechargings to complete the full cycle. Bobsweep is done in 1 ½ hours. I like the mop feature too and the mapping to avoid my rug works great. I’ve had two roombas and this is my first bobsweep. I would highly recommend bobsweep over Roomba.

We are very pleased with this purchase. So far we have only used the vacuum and not the mop, but the vacuum is working very well. The amount of hair that he's picked up that our previous vacuum didn't get is amazing and a little disconcerting LOL. A minor complaint is that I am not notified when Dustin has "trouble" and it sometimes takes awhile for me to notice he stopped running. We've had quite a few as we learn what areas he gets stuck in that we need to make off-limits or rearrange a rug under a cabinet that isn't level (he got in but couldn't get out). Another minor complaint is that when I first open the app sometimes, he forgets there is a map to do a quick clean. I usually go into the map then back out to the quick clean and all is good. Just a bug in the software. Hands down, for the sale price of $200 I paid, this was an excellent purchase.

I like the both the vacuum and mop features. It does a great job on both carpet and hard floors. The battery lasts a long time and saves me time when it comes to cleaning my floors. I really appreciate my great helper. So you just sit and relax and you let your helper do the work.

We've had our Dustin model for several months and overall are very pleased. The excellent sale price was a major factor in our purchase. We have both rugs & hardwood floors but Dustin easily navigates them, though occasionally does get stuck under bookshelves or table legs. it does a really good job and the ability to identify & restrict 'no go' zones is a definite plus. It is very quiet compared to other robot vacuums we have used in the past, and its self-emptying ability and larger than most dust bag is a deal maker. Though we are still getting familiar with the application and all the programmable options, like mopping, we are very happy with our purchase and would recommend it.

I bought this on sale with low expectations in July 2024. I have two kids and two dogs, and I don't know how I lived before having this robot! It cleans the floors noticeably well. I have not used the mopping function yet, but VERY happy with the product. I use it about 2-3 times per week.

Dustin is awesome!! Actually life changing. We have 2 dogs and 2 toddlers so the house is a wreck on a daily basis. I run Dustin anywhere from 1-4 times a day! Then at the end of the day when everyone is in bed, I run him again to vacuum and mop. He has only gotten stuck twice and is impressively good at navigating and mapping the house. The house is actually clean on a daily basis now. I love the special features of self-emptying and spot/room clean. Can’t believe I lived without this until now!!l

I have been using Dustin for a few weeks now, and I'm very happy with his performance and cleaning capabilities. Dustin starts out every morning at 8 AM cleaning the main floor of my house. He does a great job picking up tiny crumbs, while also staying on top of my golden retrievers hair. I also love to use the mop functionality once a week to do my tile floors. Dustin has been a great time saver not requiring me to have to sweep on a regular basis.

Dustin is awesome! I set him up in minutes without any issues. Mapped the whole house and set no mop zones easily. After mapping the house a few times I moved his base to a different location, not a problem at all doing it. Thought there would be a problem with that since it was moved to other side and end of house, a few rooms away. Nope! Dustin (Dusty) came out and didn’t have any issues. My house is large and it gets cleaned in one charge. Connected to Alexa and they work seamlessly together. Absolutely love Dusty, saves me so much time and energy.

I did a crazy thing and purchased 4 different robot vacuums to compare their cleaning, app and sound level. After using them for a little over a month, I decided to keep Bob! He was the quietest, quickest and seemed to do the best job for the money. I will say they have some improvements to do on their app for the phone. It's lacking in user friendliness and some capabilities. I do wish it would sense when it's hardwood and carpet on it's own. The Roborock did this and it was really nice, but that one did a horrible job on mopping! I compared the Shark vacuum/mop, Roomba S8, Roborock and this one. Roomba is loud and didn't do a great job cleaning and very slow. Took hours to complete. The shark never seemed to get back on the charging station and clean when I wanted it to. This one won me over overall!
