I really like this little guy! The app is a little clunky, and he gets errors sometimes, but it's nothing that a quick glance and adjustment doesn't send him right back on his way! The only thing I haven't quite yet figured out is how to get him to not mop specific places. I have all hardwood, but don't want him putting water down on the runners in the hallway, but still want him mopping around the runners. Every time I use him, I get a little more savvy on how to do things. The instructions are decently clear, but some of it is not all intuitive. He does get stuck under my couch because the gap is big enough that he can almost get under, so he just struggles a bit. This is my first floor robot and I do love him (especially the blue color!)

love this vacuum! I tried others but they would all get stuck on a rug l have, this one does not! I love the fact that this self empties and I can schedule cleanups for entire home or per room. Not too loud and does a great job mapping the house with its LiDAR! Great helper always ready to take on the task! Love the lines it leaves on the carpet too! Impressed!

Dustin is doing great! He cleans wonderfully and is even able to handle our husky fur. We have him on a schedule which makes it so easy to keep our first floor clean. The self emptying is so convenient and really holds a lot of dirt. I would recommend Dustin and the bObsweep line of products to anyone looking to make cleaning all the easier!

The bObsweep Dustin Robot Vacuum and Mop is a total game-changer. It gets the job done, maps out the space like a pro, and I barely have to lift a finger. Dustin handles all the dirty work, and my place has never looked better. Seriously, I’m loving it—money well spent!

If u don't have the 2.4ghz WIFI that it says it uses then dont bother getting. I got it hoping that since my 5ghz was stronger it would operate still but nope. Will not connect at all. Probably gonna return it soon and find something compatible with my WIFI

I saw the reviews on Dustin and thought I would give it a try. I am so glad I did. It’s an amazing vacuum. I love the mapping feature and I love the way that I can block rooms. This is my first robot vacuum and so far so good. I haven’t tried the mopping feature yet but everything else works great. The suction is very strong is good for small and large homes. I would recommend.

I am so excited with Dustin. I am not able to push a vacuum nor mop the floor. Dustin does it all for me! I have him scheduled for 3 days a week to vacuum and mop. I watch his progress on the app on my phone. I am so grateful to have a clean floor, again. Thanks to Dustin!

Updated review: My Dustin had issues from the beginning and then at 4 months it failed and had to be returned to BobSweep. I cannot say enough good things about the customer service I received. All we extremely helpful and prompt in their responses. I shipped the vac back to them and within a week a had a new perfectly working vac on my doorstep and I couldn't be happier.

My husband and I call Dustin, Mr. Clean and he really lives up to his name! The Medium suction level works extremely well in sucking up the dog hair from our Shepherd-Lab. We haven't used the Mopping option, but will do so in the near future. Dustin, aka Mr. Clean, is very efficient, fast and navigates the different rooms with ease.
