I love my Dustin! I have a different brand robot vacuum that I use on the second floor and Dustin is much smarter than that one, with excellent mapping abilities. He cleans my hardwood floors in the kitchen, dining area and front room. With a small amount of setup, he also mops. Funny story, I sent Dustin on a special mission. I have an area in my house where there’s a flat section over a closet and pantry that's over eight feet high, but the ceiling is way above that. I could get a ladder and crawl around on the “roof” of this bit, but I really don’t want to do that. So I put Dustin up there to vacuum that area. He did great! He unfortunately fell off at one point, but he was fine, didn’t hurt him at all. Cleaning that area did mess up the map, but Dustin fixed that on his next regular cleaning trip. Highly recommended!

I ordered Dustin on July 5th 2024. We have ran it three times. This little guy we call Robbie is unreal it picks up dirt set on medium with no problem. The great part it doesn't even hurt my 79 year old back Lol. I would recommend this Robo vac to any one.

I bought this a year agao and am so happy I did! Dustin is very effiecient and navigates very well in my house. Recently, had an issue with Dustin connecting to WIFI so sent it in for service. Dustin came back better than ever! Great customer service.

I bought this cleaner because I needed a new one. I was a little sceptical but when I used it for the first time my floor felt so clean. If you live in Florida which I call a giant beach because of all the sand that ends up in my house, you know what I mean. I HATE sand! It picked up every bit of sand and including all the dog hair, I have 3 dogs. My floor always feels great after my Dustin does its job!I LOVE, LOVE, LOVE IT!!!!

Absolutely love Dustin, I let him do his thing every day. The instructions are a bit vague about the HEPA filter and where it is located, but tech support was quick to respond. With two large dogs, my wife and I all losing our hair, Dustin sucks, but in a good way. I have only used the mop feature one time and it could use some improvements, but I mainly got it for carpeted floors. It does get hung up occasionally on loose area rugs with long strands and the ramp legs of my lazy boy recliner, but he stops and waits for me to free him then returns where he left off. He reminds me of a child, you know when he gets quiet, something must be wrong, be he is quiet to begin with. I can be on a call and nobody can hear him vacuum under my chair. Things the I wish the app would do would be to have a vacation mode to easily disable his schedules. The map adjustments could use some tweaking also to make it more user-friendly dividing up rooms.

I bought this to replace a Roomba that was old and wasn’t working well. So far we have had a good experience with this vacuum. It does a good map of mapping your house and can you can easily find it and control it on the app. It vacuums and sweeps which is different from the Roomba that only swept. This robot also mops but we are just figuring out how to use that feature. It self empties after each cycle which is way easier than having to do it yourself.

With already a month of usage, I can say that this robot vacuum is one of the best in the market, if not the best! Easy to setup, the room scanning feature is super accurate, self emptying so no need to worry about that. I love that now I get to spend more time with my loved ones instead of cleaning my floors, Dustin helped me extend the time between deep cleanings. I completely recommend it

Dustin is doing great! He cleans wonderfully and is even able to handle our husky fur. We have him on a schedule which makes it so easy to keep our first floor clean. The self emptying is so convenient and really holds a lot of dirt. I would recommend Dustin and the bObsweep line of products to anyone looking to make cleaning all the easier!

I've had this robot vacuum for about a week now and have used it every day since. it has gotten stuck a time or two around my couch so all I did was add a "no sweep zone" and it resolve the issue immediately on the next scheduled cleaning. It has captured a ton of hair on my hard floors. I have two dogs and am used to vacuuming every single day, but with this it is very effortless. I love the mapping as well as the app so I'm able to monitor everything. I can even see a history of when it cleaned and how long it took. I'm hoping this lasts a long time! I got it when it was on sale for $258, I think $1,099 for a vacuum is crazy so definitely try to find it on sale!

We have had Dustin for about six months and have learned what he does well Overall he does a great job keeping the areas clean and is able to switch from hard floor to carpet without problems If the floor has a lot of dirt or hair to pick up, he sometimes is not able to empty completely and he needs to be manually cleaned. The manual cleaning needed is to use the supplied brush to remove the built up dust on the filters and empty Dustin's dirt collection compartment.
