I purchased this with a great sale at Sam's Club. I thought it would be so much easier than vaccuming every single day and this could do a rough vac of my rugs and floors on a daily basis. Surprisingly, it works great. I thought it woudn't pick up as well as it does. While it sounds like a "jet plane" taking off when it sends the dust and debris into the back when the system returns to its charger, it really does a great job at our rugs with our cat and grandkids. It maps the house really well, does all my floors and even lifts wonderfully over our thresholds. I think this is a great investment for all those who work and just don't have time to vac the house daily! Well worth the price and highly recommend

I was initially skeptical about buying a robot vacuum, but Dustin has completely changed my mind. His sleek design and quiet operation make him a welcome addition to my home. One of the things I appreciate most about Dustin is his intelligence. With his advanced navigation system, he learns my home's layout quickly and efficiently. I love that I can see a detailed map of my home on the app and easily set no-go zones. The suction power is impressive. Dustin effortlessly keeps my floors clean. I'm amazed at how well it picks up dirt and debris. Another plus is Dustin's long battery life. I can often go days without having to empty the dustbin or recharge him. Overall, I'm extremely satisfied with my purchase of Dustin. He's a reliable and efficient cleaning companion that has made my life much easier.

We have used this for a few weeks and have been impressed. It took a few tries to get the wifi set up but the app is super easy to use. The vacuum has done a great job with the dog hair and keeping it clean. It is fairly quiet except when the vacuum empties. I like not having the mess of emptying the vacuum after every clean cycle.

We got the Dustin vaccuum for our clinic office. It has been so helpful in saving our therapists time with sweeping. We love the blue color, auto empty, and app that allows us to track what has been cleaned. We have a therapy dog and this is the one for pets. The only downside is how often we have to fix the side brush because of hair tangles, but it is an easy fix. Overall great purchase.

You will need to download an app for this, and make sure you have all loose stuff out of the way. I have a rug that gives him trouble, so we blocked it to make the no-vacuum zone for easier management. We have two dogs and two cats that are not fond of the hot Florida weather, so hair has always been an issue, and sweeping was a daily chore that took up a lot of time. Dustin has saved us so much time in upkeep, plus keeping allergy issues down, that we have made him an official member of the family. I love not having hairballs collecting every two days, and we have more time to focus on other things.

Dustin is doing great! He cleans wonderfully and is even able to handle our husky fur. We have him on a schedule which makes it so easy to keep our first floor clean. The self emptying is so convenient and really holds a lot of dirt. I would recommend Dustin and the bObsweep line of products to anyone looking to make cleaning all the easier!

Dustin (this robovacuum’s name) is doing great in our home. I like how we can customize his cleaning schedule, vacuum power, vacuum/mop combo along with area designations to where he should be cleaning and at what times. Our floors haven’t looked this clean consistently ever! The self-vacuum part is really loud and it would be nice if that part was quieter somehow. This is our first one ever and we’ve been loving it overall. It’s a great feeling when something else is doing the cleaning!

Dustin has been a huge help! As a busy single mom and teacher, I rarely have time or energy at the end of the day to clean. Thank goodness for Dustin. I have him (we have dubbed the Robot a “him”) scheduled to vacuum after everyone has gone to sleep for the night. When we wake up, the crumbs have been cleaned up and my house is clean — at least, my floors are. He was a wonderful addition to the family!

I bought this vacuum several weeks ago and I'm amazed. Delivery was quick and efficient and set up was easy. I simply positioned the vacuum station in a central location, let it charge fully and pressed go. Initially I followed the bot around while it explored the house and drew a map. In doing so, I learned what objects interfered with its navigation and learned how to optimize its path. After, making minor adjustments to help the Dustin navigate smoothly I was impressed that it only took three trips through our home for the Dustin to learn the best route. It also picks up much more dust that our highly rated upright. Love it!

I just wanted to try out given the massive discount but sadly this robot is just a very underperforming simple robot. I had a Roborock S5 Max before and may be I had much expectation on Dustin comparing to Roborock. Dustin is just a kid's toy comparing to a Roborock. The suction power is not enough! Battery is just not enough to cover just a 2 bedroom apartment in one go! Obstacle avoidance is not accurate and it destroyed a beautiful ornament! Finally the mobile app is a pure garbage! Don't waste money of you really looking for a performance based robot!
