Dustin is great! Best automatic robot vacuum I've ever owned it is such a help with the dog fur of a giant Shepard.

I love the way it goes from hardwood to carpet floors. I'm pleased with the purchase. I haven't tried the mopping feature at this point.

Great vacuum. Easy to use, easy setup. Once programmed I almost forget it is there. Dustin is very quiet

Dustin

Suction is not up to par with other less expensive units.  Sometimes it doesn’t connect properly when it returns to empty and recharge.  We need to push it in ourself so that it makes contact and recharges.  On two occasions already we have had to open it and manually empty it.  It’s not worth the price or the hustle.  Cannot handle our two dogs.  We’ve had several units by far the shark brand remains the best one.  Should have gotten a shark.

More trouble than it’s worth

Loving our Dustin. The self empty container is huge maybe twice as large as the other brand we had. We have a 90lb Alaskan malamute and a cat and mix of carpet and hardwood. Dustin has been hard at work for the last month or so and the results have been amazing. The app is really easy to work with with option to block areas to avoid completely or avoid only when  mopping ie carpet. This was on sale when we got it and we are amazed by how great a deal this was.
