The coffee maker was splattering water and coffee mix all over the counter after we purchased it brand new. It also makes very strange noises after it’s done bring the coffee and it’s not really that quiet.

This model is not nearly as pleasing to the eyes as my first mini. The grey plastic looks cheap compared to the chrome design of the one I got in 2013. Though noisier, it drips far less after brewing is complete.

Bought miniplus which began having problems after 8 months. Called customer service and after going thru their checklist company sent a new unit! They stand behind their products!

Love one cup at a time brewing! I'm currently using Gevalia Majestic Roast in a reusable Brewing container I bought. Very "Green" in a way vs. disposables. Pick the roast you love and brew away!!!

we got our Keirig plus during the holidays and love it - its cardinal red and makes a bright item in our kitchen. This is our second unit and we are happy with both.

We had 2 previous Kuerig coffee makers, but this one is tops. It brews a great cup of coffee but is so compact, it takes up little space on our countertop with the built in storage.

My K-Mini stopped making coffee in less than a year after purchasing. Keurig was easy to work with, sent me a return mailing label to send it back to the company and a few weeks later, a new K-Mini arrived at my door.

Have been using this for a month now and it seems to be working properly and without any glitches. Great addition to our larger coffee maker (brand withheld) when we want just one cup of coffee, tea or hot chocolate on the spur of the moment!

This is my second one. The first malfunctioned and Kerrigan troubleshot it over the phone & replaced it quickly. Works great - a bit slower than the other units. Makes one mug at a time. No water filter needed. Highly recommend the Teal color!

This is my 2nd replacement, I hope this last longer than the 1st two. I appreciated your prompt attention to the matter, however I'm hesitant to recommend the k-mini.. I really like it, just wish it would last longer .........
