It works as expected, easy to make coffee, many varieties of coffee at every supermarket. Problem for me is that if you make exactly 6oz, sometimes it stops because it wants a bit more. I would prefer the model that has its own water tank

This was a Christmas gift from my daughter. She heard me, overtime, talk about getting a coffee maker. It was a timely gift. I have been enjoying brewing a personal cup when I need it.

Well must say this company care greatly about its customers, was taken care of so well that I almost feel guilty, just simply the best customer service period!!

I bought the product a year ago and started to have problems with it. Called the manufacture and they warranted the product no questions asked. Just what I expected from a high quality manufacture, I love my coffee maker!

Our coffee maker stopped working, we contacted Keuring. They helped us right away and send us a new one. We received it super fast! I’m super happy with the service.

Returned the first one because of noises after it was shut off. Sent a new one and works great. It is noisy when the water gets put in the heating chamber.

This is my 2nd one both made growling noises after it shuts off Year's ago I had the other larger model &Mini and it was fine very disappointed in this model noise goes on for 1 hr

No crazy about this little machine. I like the idea of it being so small and not taking up much space. It takes some time to heat the water. Coffee isn’t strong even on strong setting.

Love it. It was just what I needed. A simple way to make one single cup of coffee in the am. I fill the water at night so I’m all set in the am. Coffee always comes out good. Love the strong button for weaker cups of coffee.
