Was so disappointed when it came in the mail when I opened it, it was not in a box. I was giving this as a gift, and And also didn’t have any directions with it or any paperwork, but embarrassed to give it as a gift because it looks like a used item and it’s not nice to gift wrap the outside box 😞

This was my first Keurig. I wanted a small one because its a secondary one that I use on the second floor of my house. I have gotten used to Keurigs now, and I like it. It is very compact. It was hard to find fill your own pods that fit because its a mini Keurig. It is very narrow but long. It sticks out almost as far as my bunn coffeemaker downstairs. I think it would be great for travel or an apartment

This coffee maker only worked for a couple of months, and then all of the water started running out the bottom. Keurig replaced it but I definitely wouldn't recommend buying this model. I feel like it's only a matter of time before the replacement does the same thing. Not a quality brewer.

I bought my first mini Keurig about 6 months ago. I started having brewing problems and Keurig quickly replaced it with a brand new one at no cost. I love the idea of just making a cup at a time, it takes very little counter space and fits in with my kitchen decor. I would recommend this product.

Slim, sleek, convenient plus it works incredibly well. No more waiting for water to heat, little mini heats water instantly as it comes though and it'll be piping hot water for sure. Love the strong brew button, all the parts are easy to clean - can't say enough this thing is great!

I bought my K-Mini because I was spending too much money on my daily cup of coffee. I don't drink enough to warrant a full coffee pot and wasn't interested in learning how to make pour over and the like. This machine took maybe 5 mins to set up and less than that to get a solid cuppa. Only way this machine could better meet my admittedly lazy needs is if I could schedule when it brews the next cup.

This is the third K-mini Plus Coffee Maker we've had, First one cost us the Replacement Cost because our Mom who we bought it for kept using it and it hadn't worked properly within a few months of the Purchase but she didn't think to call Customer Service. The Replacement for the first one lasted about 3 months and the water pump would never shut off. I called Customer Service and they had me run some tests, then decided to replace it at no cost this time (well within the Warranty Period). If you Purchase one of these Coffee makers, be certain to register it and call Customer Service at the first sign of any malfunction.

Coffee is a significant experience of my daily routine. My husband and I travel often and not having my Keurig and Green Mountain Dark Roast was a real downer. S-o-o-o-o-o-o, I purchased this Compact Single Serve Keurig to travel with us, along with 12-count boxes of Dark Roast. Best purchase I've gifted myself with in a long time! Wish I had done it long ago!

We are not coffee drinkers, so like to have this handy for guests, hot chocolate, or just hot water. We previously had a bigger one that died on us, and I admit that I do miss being able to have a larger quantity of water in it, even though filling up per cup size each time makes more sense for our purposes. I do love the size of it, and it's great storage for a few k-cups. It is a little tricky to learn how to use, so I'm still going through those growing pains. It is not super intuitive, even with the directions (like when do I lift and lower, and why does it all of the sudden just stop). Since we are not heavy users of it, I will stick with it, and once I get used to how to use it, it will be great. Again, the size and look of it is perfect for the amount of use we use it. Although until then, I have to admit that I have found that just boiling water on the stove is easier and quicker.

I had bought one for my husband for Father’s Day, since he likes a cup of coffee now and then and a pot is too much. It worked fine but just started working only when it wanted to. The company sent me a new one and so far so good. I wish it held more than one cup of water but I settled for the slim design .
