I owned the K Mini Plus for less than 6 months and gave it limited use during that time. Either an internal electrical fuse or circuit breaker malfunctioned, since one day it just wouldn't turn on. I alerted the Keurig company via a phone call. After taking some pictures of the unit and following some email instructions, I was instructed that a new identical unit will be shipped to me at no charge. I would hope that this new unit will function longer and give me better service. I reserve my opinion on this new unit until proof of service.

I purchased the Keurig K-Mini Plus in Black to replace my Keurig K-Mini in Army Green so it would match my newly remodeled kitchen. I love it!!! The only reason I went with the Mini-Plus is that I really like the idea of being able to take the water container out to wash it. Being able to brew a stronger cup of coffee is a bonus too!

We had an older Keurig B60 Special Edition unit that worked fine but it didn't suit my wife and I very well because we're not heavy coffee drinkers. We didn't use the machine enough to drain the reservoir very often so the water would get a bit stagnate. I was worried about potential bacteria, mold, or other icky things in the water supply system. The machine also occupied a large area of our kitchen countertop (it's very wide). So when we learned of the K-Mini Plus, we thought it would be perfect for us. We only have to add one cup of water at a time and it's so slim that we can tuck it into a corner on our countertop. We never utilized the timer on our old unit so making coffee on-demand with the K-Mini Plus was fine. It also seems to heater the water faster than our old unit.

Had the previous one for about 10 months. Hadn’t been operating reliably for a couple of months. However we previously had one for about 5 years that we loved. The new replacement was sent promptly and has been working great now for almost two weeks.

We wanted a brewer that was convenient for one person to have coffee and no cleaning or effort in between when another person wanted to brew a cup of coffee. This Mini-Plus is the answer. Easy to fill reservoir, no mess, delicious brew, regular or strong. Really like it.

I have bought 5 of these machines for myself, adult kids and a close friend. We all love them! I have to use decaffeinated coffee (for health reasons), while my husband prefers half-caffeine so this works perfect for our household. You can count on your coffee always being fresh and tasting great. I highly recommend this coffee maker!

First of all it's hard to get my husband to like anything I spend money on. However, since I don't drink coffee, I had to get his opinion. He loves it! So I purchased another one for our Airbnb, along with SEVERAL flavored K-pods packs. He pours 6- 12 ounces of measured water into the water dispenser, aline his cup, drop a K-pod in, push the button, and Keurig does the rest with in 2-3 minutes. I only gave it 4-stars because it doesn't work with the Swiss Miss K-Pods too well. I have to use 2 pod to get a decent chocolate sweet flavor. If I pour 8 ounces of water in the Keurig, the chocolate is too watered down, so I have to poor 8 ounces of water in the Keurig and let it drip in my glass measuring cup until it reaches 4 ounces, lift the Keurig lid to stop the water from flowing through, put another Peppermint Swiss Miss pod in, and let the process finish. It takes 4-5 ounces, and Keurig only goes down to 6 ounces.

We loved our Keirug mini plus as it is small on the counter and makes great coffee. We were sad when it stopped working to our surprise as I have a larger keurig for groups and it has ran perfectly for 5 years. I called keurig and they totally stood behind there product and sent me a new one. That is a good company and because of that I will continue to purchase their products.

This pot is aweful! It is extremely noisy and stopped working in less than a week! Ive e-mailed and called several times to set up a return. After describing the previous story, giving my info im told tbat someone from corp will call me. No one has returned calls or emails. What happened to the great customer service?

i purchased the single serve after having the same but different style in the past, but to my surprise this unit is the loudest unit ever I returned the first one for an exchange and the second one was the same very disappointed I am now returning the second one for a refund
