I actually had to have a replacement sent. It didnt work straight from the start. You have to be very careful about how much water you use. It says 6oz minimum but mine doesn't work until 8 oz. Same in the high end. You have to be pretty precise. I was also told to use bottled water vice filtered refrigerator water. (Not happening!) I like filling it for each cup vice having water sit in it. I also wanted red which limits my options. Overall I'm satisfied.

We had one of these and decided to replace it with a new one. This on sperts water out so the counter around it is wet . Have to wipe counter and front of maker every time i use ut. The 1st one was sturdy this one is very light weight and cheap looking.

I never thought I would buy a Keurig. I'm so happy I did. Years ago I had another brand single serve coffee maker that was much cheaper. I wasn't impressed. The coffee was always cold and weak. Recently I saw the k-cup mini plus on sale. I liked that it had a small footprint and a strong brew button. I decided to try it. My coffee comes out piping hot and strong every time. It's perfect for my limited counter space. I'm sticking with Keurig!

I bought this as an extra Keurig to bring with me when I travel. Then I can have “real” coffee in my room. It works perfect for that purpose. Just bring a jug of water & some pods. I have a regular size Keurig with a reservoir at home for daily use. A note of caution… Keurig products have not proved reliable for more than 2 years but I like the convenience.

The first one I bought lasted a week before it stopped brewing altogether. The second still brews, but leaks all over the counter from out the sides. It says you can brew up to 12 oz, but when you go to the website support, it says the leaking may happen if you put more than 10oz in the reservoir. Sometimes I put 12oz in the reservoir and get about 8 oz of brewed coffee in my cup. WORST MODEL!!

Tis is the 3rd one I have received. The first one failed after 4 months and the 2nd after 2 weeks of very casual use. The company has been very good about replacing the defective units. I have only used the new one twice and it seems to be working OK, so far.

When filling water tank it is difficult to see the ounces because there is no contrast; it is clear on clear. When I use the 8oz measure I only get about 4 ozs of coffee so I am always using the 12oz measure. As far as coffee taste, it is good when I brew it on strong. The only reason I bought a new coffee maker is because my old one quit working.

Keurig mini k isn't programmable. You put it in the electrical socket and push the on button and light will blink to le you know its ready to put the pod in. get the coffee mug you desire and put the water in the cup and then pour that water into the reservoir,it has markings for max and min.Dont go above the max or under the min line. and push the button on top and wait for it to finish. I was very fasinated that it got hot instantly. I don't drink coffee but I bought tea pods instead. quite tasy too. when unpacking the box theres a store compartment that you must slide out for your coffee mug, it stores 9 pods. Its not complicated at all. I love it and the weather is rapidly changing daily so I decided to get ready now for it early.

We love our cardinal red mini Keurig! We bought it to take with us on vacation so we're sure we'll have a great cup of coffee every morning! It's easy to use and we love having the variety of several types of coffee to choose from when we're on vacation.

I bought this thinking it would be easy. But it only takes 12 ounces of water at a time and then you put the cup on me and you have to put the cake cup in press it wait for it to heat up wait for it to brew it takes 3 to 4 minutes per cup to brew, and that's not counting the preparations. I do not like this, and I am returning it.
