Had some issues with the unit not turning on. Have to do a bizarre set of tasks like remove the water reservoir, unplug the device, count to 10, plug it back in and hope it works. Also, the unit does not heat the water up to a proper temperature for most coffees. It works for most tea k-cups, as they don't require very hot water, but if you like a steaming cup of coffee, keep looking for other units with a higher capacity water heater system. But for a quick and dirty cup of coffee, this will suffice.

Less than a year ago my daughter got me a Keurig MINI and it was making this weird noise even when it was turned off and unplugged. So I called customer service and although they didn't confirm the address which the first one actually went to my old one, they sent me a new one. It took a little longer than the first one but I couldn't be happier. It's a perfect size for small areas and even the container in the front you can put K-Cups in and it hides them. What more could you ask 4?

Besides the fact I love coffee made with a Keurig, the compact size is what I really like. Nice slim design is barely noticeable on my countertop. I highly recommend this awesome coffee maker, you won't be disappointed. Oh, and the storage for K cups that the stock photo does not show.

Bought this as well as a 14oz Keurig Stainless Steel Travel Mug a few weeks ago. I am thrilled I can brew a cup of coffee directly into the Travel Mug by removing the base and best of all I have a mug of hot/very warm coffee for hours. I drink a little, do some work, etc. etc. and still have very warm coffee hours later!

This is a replacement for one I had purchased about a year ago, I love being able to make a single cup of coffee and now with the strong button , I can have the strength that I like! The slim design allows me to save counter space and the storage container is an added plus

This Keurig Mini is perfect for my husband and me. He liked tea or hot chocolate and I like coffee so we can each have what we like, within minutes. This is a warranty replacement as my first one developed "issues" after 10 months but I love it anyway. I got GREAT customer service from Keurig.

We bought this to replace the previous model, which after 4 years had gone kaput. This one seems to work more quickly than the old one, and doesn't make the ghostly noises the old one did when it wasn't in use. After two weeks use on this one, we're very happy with it, and the price has even come down, making it more competitive with other brands that do the same thing. One thing we like about this one is that it has a "bold" setting, which presumably makes the coffee taste more - you guessed it - BOLD. But since we haven't tried it without pushing the "bold" button, we have no idea if it makes a difference. Anyway, it makes good-tasting coffee when using the (Costco) Kirkland "Pacific Bold" brand of K-cup. (There's that word "bold" again. I guess we like that.)

My first Keurig K-Mini single serve, which was a Christmas gift last year, stopped working one day! I had registered the first Keurig so I called Keurig and they sent a replacement. Took them about 2 weeks before I received a new K-Mini, seems to be working fine.

Gifted to my brother-in-law since he is huge coffee fan ...it was purchased 12/14/21.... and sadly its "dead" already.....doesn't want to work and i ridiculously did not get the protection plan as i thought it would've at least made it to the year anniversary.... my advice is to definitely buy it but get the $12 3yr protection plan.

I like to make my own k-cups that i bought for my old keurig coffee maker. They dont fit well into this version of the keurig and i dont like that it takes so long to heat the water. I am spoiled by my older keurig which i had for several years. Lastly IMO. it is not worth the money i paid for it.
