The K-Mini Plus is very simple and straight forward to use. It's perfect for an occasional cup and takes very little space. It brews quickly and quietly and the coffee is as good as that brewed on our larger K-Cup brewer. Since it require adding water for each cup, it is not ideal if you need to brew multiple cups in a relatively short amount of time. Keeping mind that it's great for an occasional cup of coffee, if that fits your needs.

I bought the mini plus to replace my 2015 mini which has a failing heating element. I like the removable water reservoir, strong button and compact design. However, providing a pod storage, without an adjustable height pan (like the older version) elevates the distance from the cup to the drip exit by 2 inches. I feel this extra gap provides heat to escape from the coffee. I plan to do a temp check.

This is my third keurig item. The original one was purchased in 2014. It was just replaced in 2018. We purchased this one because we us it on the road. It had to be replaced after 6 months of use (customer service is awesome). Was very pleased with this it just started making only half cups of coffee or not heating the water before it pumped through the pod. Customer service is more than I expected it to be, they were prompt and very understanding. I received my new keurig within a week. I hope this one lasts because I really looovvve my keurig!!!

I purchased a Keurig K Mini. It was slow to make a cup of coffee and not hot enough from the beginning but each month it slowed even more. It was only about 6 months old and I purchased a new one. When I called Keurig because I couldn't place a coffee order from the website I mentioned that the K Mini took forever to make warm coffee. The representative was so nice. She not only placed my coffee order for me she facilitated the replacement of my Keurig with a K Mini Plus. It make nice hot and flavor filled coffee quickly. I love having the removable water reservoir and the strong brew button. Thank you Keurig.

Love it! Perfect for a very small kitchen with the features I love. Love being able to remove and clean the water tank, plus love having a variety of pods right there, close at hand when I am ready. Easy to move wherever, when needed. Perfect in so many ways!!!

The Keurig K-Mini Plus began having brewing problems 6 months after purchase. It began intermittent and eventually became a daily problem in that you would have to wait 30 minutes or more after brewing the first cup before it would brew a second cup. Keurig did however honor their warranty and sent a replacement. Hopefully this one will last much longer.

I picked this one up so my wife could enjoy her tea without it have to use my Duo or put it in her officeif she liked. My wife went through the cleaning process and promptly sat down with our daughter who was home from College, for tea. That's when the weedeling began! She wound enjoy tea in her dorm room, she would love to offer her boyfriend a cup of coffee when they study, it's allowed in her dorm.......... Fortunately I never had it, but my wife will miss it!

Our K-Mini Plus stopped pumping water like many others mentioned in the reviews. I give 5 stars for the quick replacement after trying many steps over the phone trying to get it to work again. New one received and working fine. Fingers crossed going forward because we love slim design.

This little machine is absolutely the best! I'm a big coffee lover and up to now, never had a coffee machine that made coffee well enough for me to enjoy. I tried the K- Mini Plus and I will use it forever. It truly makes a perfect cup of coffee!! It's easy to use, easy to maintain and doesn't take up a lot of space on your counter. Working with the Keurig company is always a pleasure. Their customer service dept. is outstanding. I would recommend this to everyone.

Gifted to my brother-in-law since he is huge coffee fan ...it was purchased 12/14/21.... and sadly its "dead" already.....doesn't want to work and i ridiculously did not get the protection plan as i thought it would've at least made it to the year anniversary.... my advice is to definitely buy it but get the $12 3yr protection plan.
