This was a replacement and Keurig sent it out immediately in order to replace a defective Mini Plus that just refused to turn on one day less than a year of happing purchased it. I appreciate that Keurig has a one year warranty, and they ordered a replacement without any hassle. Also, the warranty starts again for the replacement for another year. Great policy and customer service.

I bought the mini 2x in a week at bed bath- each time could not pull out power cord more the 12. “ without ripping it- called Keurig direct- they sent me a replacement- same issue! Am I going nuts? I’m 6’2” 240 not a small weak guy. Using it in a 12” cord - is suppose to be 30”.

This is great for your office or kitchen. It only holds enough water for one cup but what I really love is the design. If you work in a not so clean environment and you have to worry about pests like roaches or ants, the design pretty much leaves no point of entry for pests. The k-cup holder also blocks the hole where your coffee comes out of. If you work in shipping/receiving and like having your hot cup on your first break I highly recommend this.

I love the size. I prefer adding water one cup at a time, which this one does. Coffee tastes good. The color says smoke grey, but it looks more like black to me. I did not care about that. I thought that this was one of the models with a strength selector, but I was probably wrong. I would have liked to try that feature. Overall, very happy.

I bought the products less than a years ago and I have a problem with my machine. I left it for a few months then I decided to call the customer service to see what can I do with this, With good recommendation I have my new machine, so now I know is very important to keep the barcode,receipt and register in The website to get up date all the product and the services.

Love the color and it works great for what we needed it for! We do not plan on traveling with it but wanted it for our floating house as we use a solar system and needed something that wouldn't pull to much power. it's perfect and makes a great cup of coffee!

I like the size of this Keurig because it fits in our camper perfectly and brews pretty much the same as the larger Supreme plus. You can make only one cup each time you add water but that was not a deal breaker for me. Overall I'm very pleased with it.

I bought this unit for my wife as a Christmas gift. I have to say that this unit was failing, some type of intermittent issue, so failing here and there. I am certain it was just a switch of some type that was bunk from the get go. Although Keurig sent me a replacement unit with very little effort on my part, that was unexpected. It really is a nice unit, very consistent and always provides a great cup of joe. Keurig is for sure the best unit out there and I would recommend it to anyone.

I purchased a Keurig Mini Plus and loved it. I bought a second one for my office, however, it had an electrical problem so I called Keurig and explained the problem. The rep was professional and ordered me a replacement shipped the next day! What can I say? I love my Keurig Mini! Thank you Keurig.

I finally was able to have the coffee I purchased from you. I am recently widowed and usually have only one or two cups a day. I purchased a box of Dunkin Donuts coffee, a box of Green Mountain Dark Roast and Breakfast Blend, and a box of Paul Newman. #1 was Dunkin, 2 was Breakfast Blend 3 was Paul Newman and the least favorite was the Dark Roast. When these get low I will reorder.
