thank you for replacing my K-Mini Plus but this one scares me. It makes like a snap sound every time I plug it in. I don't leave things plugged in. It is very loud and noisy. My first one was quiet and I still have to put the handle down twice for it to start the process. I am wondering if his replacement is a reconditioned one. I stand right there watching it when it is in use.

I bought this Keurig for a Christmas gift. I didn't know until April that there was a break in the wiring in the cord and it had to be jiggled in order for it to work. I contacted Keurig Customer Service. After 3 or 4 phone calls, I had all the necessary information for a replacement to be sent. It arrived within 2 days! It was replaced under warranty. All good news...

I had been filling with 8 oz. water using a measuring cup with no problems. But today I decided to use 6 oz. of water. As usual it pumped the water into the heating chamber, but instead of completing the brew it just turned itself off... added 2 oz. more water, pushed the go button and this time it worked. Repeated this twice and got the same result. So if I only want a drink of 8 oz. it works o.k.

Every K-mini i get whether it is free replacement or I pay for it, never lasts long. The machine after about 5 months starts to run slowly. I use your cleaning system too. Very poor construction. Will move on to a different coffee maker than Keurig.

This smaller version of Keurig really works. This is our first time really using one and we are setting it up for our Airbnb usage. It makes very hot coffee! Easy to use instructions are real easy. Can hold up to 12 oz of water, and what I like about it it has a stronger Brew button that you can also use. Slim style version doesn't take up very much space plus it has a storage space in the front that you can use when the coffee pot is not in use.

All I can say is that it's the perfect fit for a smaller kitchen! I wasn't the biggest coffee drinker but work has made me one! At work we have the regular size Keurig and I saw this one and thought, let me give it a chance and get the mini version. I got it on sale via Sam's club and in the color I had wanted. It's perfect! Simple to use and saves counter space :D

In my opinion, the Mini Plus Coffee Maker by Keurig does not meet up the quality standards of previous models. The unit is very noisy when brewing. In addition, when the coffee is pouring from the spout, it sprays droplets outside of the cup onto the counter or surface.

I was sent a Keurig K-Mini Plus because a previously purchased machine stopped working. The customer service team was so helpful and courteous during the process, and I received the new coffee maker within a few days. The K-Mini leaves a small footprint on my small kitchen area, and I like that the brew can be made with eco-friendly reusable coffee pods. Thank you so much for your product, and for your dedication to customer service =)

I bought my first Keurig in June 2021. For whatever reason the K-Mini did not function as expected. I called customer service and they walked me through setting it up to brew. The rep realized right away that the K-Mini was malfunctioning. He emailed the instructions for submitting the purchase receipt and the serial number which I did the next day. The replacement arrived withing 3 weeks. Thank you Keurig for making it easy to solve the problem.

Love the size of this! I have so much more counter space. And, it brews a delicious cup of coffee every time. It’s a little loud upon starting, but other than that, it’s a great coffee machine. Very easy to operate. It has an automatic shut off, too which is great!
