Horrible service and company

May 6, 2024 ~ I do NOT recommend this product!!! Piece of junk! Worthless to anyone who would like 3 cups of coffee in a hurry and to go. Keurig evidently does not care what their customers that have an issue with this product. Contact was made at least 2 times. All they did was advise me to do what I had already done.

Perfect size

Love the K Mini Plus, it’s the perfect size. Does it need de-scaling and how do Zi go it. Can’t find instructions anywhere. Thank you.

Thanks for your review! We recommend descaling every 3-6 months using our descaling solution to keep the coffee maker free from scale or lime build up. There are instructions located on the back of the label of the descaling solution. Vinegar may also be used. For more assistance, please visit keurig.com/support. We hope this helps!

Great size

If your looking for a smaller k cup machine this is a great option. I love that it doesn't take up a ton of room on my counter.

Size good for travel

We bought the k-mini plus to take with us on trips....we wish you also offered a carrying case....might be something you look into offering.
