This is the perfect size if you’re the only one in your family drinks tea or coffee. It’s super compact and looks nice on the counter. It’s a little slow compared to the larger ones. Overall, pretty good. Does the job for what we need. It's been around 6 months of making around 3 cups of coffee every single day and we haven't had any problem so far. It is cheaper than the average product on the market and I would definitely recommend it.

After only limited use, the brewer will not work without a great deal of coaxing and manipulation. By that I mean, the power buttons and brew buttons being pressed while opening and temporarily exposing the K-cup. Naturally, this occurred shortly after the warranty expired.

Let me just say, I am very impressed with this. I love that even with such a small machine (only 5" wide!), you can still brew 3 different sizes. I also appreciate the "Strong" button to make a really bold cup of coffee. I prefer dark, bold roasts, so this was a nice option for me. It brews fairly quickly and I haven't experienced much splatter. This also brews a full cup, unlike other machines that tend to only brew about half as much as you expect. My only complaint (and it's not even a big deal) is the noise. It is quite loud, but that is definitely not a deal breaker here. As a single woman who doesn't need a full pot of coffee, this little machine is perfect for me. I love this thing! I don’t drink a lot of coffee but when I do this makes it very convenient and painless. I’m thinking of getting one for my desk at work for those afternoons that are impossible to get through without a bit of coffee or those days when the office AC is just a little too cold and I need something to warm me up.

Although I do not drink coffee, this Keurig is pretty convenient. I bought some of my favorite tea pods to try, and it was brewed for the perfect amount of time, with the option to brew it stronger. It's pretty easy to use, but you have to refill the water tank for each drink you make, unlike the larger versions which hold multiple drinks worth of coffee. I received a complimentary Keurig single use brewer to try out and give an honest review. I received it in the mail about 3 days ago and have used it 3 times. I have had a keurig before and was not a really a fan, but this one is really nice. They have changed a few things since I have owned one. The “strong” button is my favorite feature, because sometimes k cups aren’t as strong as I would like by themselves. I really like that this brewer is portable. I will probably use this brewer for camping, and could take it to work if I needed to. I definitely have a changed opinion on keurig brewers and will be buying more K cups for fun drinks and convenient coffee on the days that I am on the go.

I honestly love this little cutie! I currently have one in black in my parent's house and will be buying another one for my apartment! Some of the reviews on here are very negative and if I would have read them, I would not have bought it. Sometimes, you have to give it a chance, and I'm glad I did. Coffee comes out hot and it does what it needs to do. I love it!

Ordered July 2021 and it started having issues brewing within 6 months. It would suck the water from the reservoir but shut off before brewing. Called customer service and received a replacement. Had same issue with replacement within 3 months. This was my 1st keurig and will undoubtedly be my last. I really wanted to love it, but I'll be going back to my old reliable coffee maker that I've had for 20 years.

I really miss my old single serve Keurig. This one is awful. Sometimes for no reason at all it’ll refuse to make coffee. I have to re open its lid then close it and press the button several times before it’ll start working and then it’ll only serve luke warm coffee at best. Easily the coffee maker I’ve ever had
