The first months of having the coffee maker it worked fine & served quickly. Now it takes a little big longer to serve. Also I hate that when you plug it in you have to open the handle up and close it so you can brew. Why can’t you just start brewing immediately after plugging in the coffee maker. Operation is weird.

There is a luck of the draw with whether this one will work or not. National reviews are when you get a good one it's a 5 star, when you get one and then another one and neither will run the coffee without 4 priming it I ended up with the mainstays small space coffee maker for 19.00 and am very happy

My husband and I needed a more reserved Keurig. When this one came out we absolutely fell in love. At the time the price was pretty high but of course after several months it dropped. Only downfall is that it's a bit loud but nothing out of this world, It is great and it makes me coffee nice and hot.

I used to have a large-capacity Keurig, but opted for a smaller one to save counter space. This model is good-looking and gets the job done; hot coffee in just a couple of minutes. While I do wish this held more than one mug's worth of water, I'm overall very happy with the performance and value.

First time I used this, I had to call on this. Never know how much coffee I will get. Sometimes even half of cup. The coffee is usually just warm. Sometimes I have to press the bottom again cause it just turns off. One month later I called to send it back. In the month I had this not once did I get a good cup of coffee. My old keurig works great. Saw this model and had to have it. Big mistake. Horrible coffee, loud, and takes much longer. Hopefully my replacement will be much better.

I've used Keurigs before and have enjoyed how easy they are to use. This single serve Keurig was so easy to set up right out of the box to instantly be able to brew a cup of coffee. This model is great for me because even though I love coffee, I often only need one cup at a time and I feel like I usually end up wasting coffee with a traditional coffee maker. This gives me the perfect serving and then if I decide I want more I can go back and quickly make another cup. I really love this product and feel like it is worth the money for how easy it is to use as well as how compact it is. It's a great space saver in my small kitchen. I LOVE this keurig K mini plus. The features make it so easy to clean. It’s cute and fits perfect in our camper. For the longest time we couldn’t have a keurig because they took up to much counter space but now we can! It brews with great flavor too and I definitely recommend this.

I replaced my other office mini with this one (I lIked the color and it was 12 oz). I gave my older one to my daughter. I could barely hear my older mini when it was brewing. But, this maker is loud. It is loud when it sucks in the water and loud when it flows out into the pod. Granted it makes good coffee. But would I buy again - no.

I purchased the mini keurig 3 weeks and it's perfect for my desk at work. The coffee brews just like the regular size keurig. I read negative reviews where people said it makes a loud noise while it brews and takes over a minute. It does make a noise but it's not extremely loud, I can barely hear it over the hum in my office. Also The brew time is very reasonable, I don't expect the water to be instantly hot. I also like the storage unit for the pods.

Great tasting coffee when it works. After a month or two, the coffee maker developed an attitude problem and only works when it wants to. First cup or two comes out fine. But after that it might brew some more, or it might not. Usually the latter. It needs a lot of coaxing and recovery time. I've tried all the remedies listed on the Keurig site to no avail. You may want to consider a different, more reliable Keurig model.
