I like my new white K-Mini Plus. It makes good coffee, but it's a little difficult to clean - it doesn't open far enough to access the inside easily. And since it's white, I can see every drop of spilled coffee. I'm using my old reusable permanent K-cup with Maxwell House half-caf, my preferred coffee. I have two suggestions: (1) provide a cleaning tool (maybe a tiny sponge on a stick) with each coffee maker you sell and (2) put a heating element under the cup rack. Oh, and (3) the slits in the cup holder are useless, and hard to clean. I put the solid lid from the K-cup container under my mug because it's easier to clean.

I have had Keurigs for ages! Great machines for sure. Saved my third marriage...so far!! She likes Hazelnut, I like Emeril's DARK roast.. I have had the small single fill units in my condos and on my boats. Great little critters..The new one makes really delicious brew...strong and dark! Butttttttt it has an extra pump noise that I don't like?!?! Just to load the water?? I rather have the good old gravity feed..also, it seems to loose some water in the process...sometimes?? So if I pour in a full cup of water..sometimes a full cup comes out as coffee...sometimes it's 1/4 inch too low??!! Cant live without them!!!

I ate humble pie this week. You replaced my K mini as. I was having trouble. It was not the coffee maker but the operator. So sorry! I gave the extra Kmini to my granddaughter who is in college. If I need to pay for it I will. She was excited. Again sorry for the trouble I caused.

The original unit I bought worked ok until I started using both kcups and basket for my own ground coffee. Replacement I was sent did not even HAVE basket for my own coffee, but per online help it can be used. I have very little confidence in this unit, especially in how long it lasts for the price of purchase. May give up on Keurig and go back to Mr. Coffee style. Machine is TOO expensive for how long it lasts, I've purchased three already and am only coffee drinker in my household

The coffee maker is the size I was expecting, the coffee is hot once I can get it to start the brewing cycle. I have difficulties getting the K-Cup to set in place but once it's in place I have to press the start button three or more times before it starts the brewing process. Over all the product is be okay, but it was not what I was expecting.

Bought for granddaughter to use at college. Quit working after a few months. Descaling wouldn't work because no brewing activity. Keurig shipped replacement as soon as broken unit was received. Bought replacement unit, not Keurig. Now have new Keurig in box, ready for non-Keurig unit to fail.

This is the second replacement! I believe that there’s a flaw in the design. I told this to the representative and asked for an upgrade to another model, he claimed that he could not do that, but I could call another department. I decided not to do that since I was on the phone for a while at this point. I guess I’ll have wait until this machine does the very same thing in about a year from now.

This review is on the Keurig mini plus which I have had for approximately eight months and it had a leak from underneath which customer support sent out a brand new one fairly quickly without any hassle at all it was the best experience I’ve had with customer service in a long time very grateful love my Keurig !!!

I used to have a keurig when they were first on the market and I liked it a lot, but at that time there weren’t a ton of options for pods and the machine itself was touchy and I experienced some issues. After nearly a decade of using a regular drip coffee maker, I decided to dive back into keurig. I’m glad I did! I love my little machine! The removable water reservoir is very convenient. I like that the drip tray is removable so I can fit my travel mug easily. The machine is compact and cute, too!
