Save your money and save your time. This is the most inconsistent, difficult and frustrating Keurig I have ever owned and/or used. No matter what I do, the coffee is different per each cup. I carefully set it up as instructed. After that, my first cup was brewed and the majority of the grinds were left in the pod. From there, tiny half cups, cold cups, and weak cold cups of coffee have been brewed. I'd say 1 in 5 cups I make is enjoyable, so I have stopped trying to troubleshoot or use this. I'm so upset I spent money on something that I was confident I would love and I hate. I threw the box out and now its too late to send it back. All I'm saying - is if you enjoy coffee (especially hot coffee) do NOT waste your time on this machine.

I must say i am very impressed with this mini Keurig. I love absolutely every feature it has. It is so compact it fits anywhere and i absolutely love the kcup storage. The cord is very conveniently placed and it can be stored too. No need to worry about the drips of coffee after either because the little bottom tray comes off too for cleaning! I just had a baby so i LOVE how fast it brews and how easy it is to measure out different cup sizes but it fits my tall mug which is my favorite so bonus on that!Extra bonus on the feature that makes the coffee stronger too! I ordered the Keurig Mini Plus for my office over a year ago using it 3-4 times weekly for coffee or tea. I love the fact that it doesn't store water, ensuring that I receive a fresh cup each time. The only reason why I'm not giving it 5 stars is because if the reservoir isn't seated just right, it will not operate as expected and requires that I remove it and put it back into place. However, that is very minor issue and didn't discourage me from recently purchasing a second machine to replace my aging B60 at home.

Genuinely, this is just a poorly made product. Coffee dispenses lukewarm and more like apple juice color. Water dispensing and drips inconsistently and randomly. Water sprays out of lid when opening even when turned off. After owning several Keurig products I am genuinely surprised at the lack of quality. If I didn’t buy it from the retailer and validate the SN# myself, I would think this was a knockoff. While I didn’t expect it to have all the features of the unit in my house, I thought it would be more akin to the model they have at some Marriotts that lack all the features but works well. This device is just poorly made and executed. Period.

I love it! I got this Keurig because I moved into a small apartment and I didn't want to keep spending so much money on coffee. It has been great so far. I read some reviews saying it splatters or its super loud. Personally I've experienced zero splattering and it is pretty loud but it doesn't bother me at all. a couple of times I have found that I brew my coffee but nothing comes out and when I add more water and another pod I get all of the previous and new brew, but it doesn't happen often, I've been using it 1-2x a day for about a month now and haven't really had any issues.

I've had mine for about 10 months now. Sometimes when you brew it.. it doesn't take all the water. I have to take out the pod so it doesn't get wasted and keep trying till it takes all the water. Sometimes after a few attempts o give up and go without coffee. When it works (which is most of the time) I love it. Fits perfectly Inna tight space next to my toaster.

I bought this coffee maker recently and am extremely disappointed. It does not brew after pressing the button the first time. I have to open and close the lid, pressing the button, several times before it brews. It sounds like it is brewing, but nothing comes out. It takes at least 5 minutes for one cup of coffee.

I love this coffee maker. It takes up very little space, which allows us to take it camping through the summer so I can still have a cup of coffee in the morning while enjoying the great outdoors! I definitely recommend this, for someone that only needs to make one cup at a time.

I am a teacher and this is great in my classroom! It doesnt take up a lot of space and is very easy to use. It is super convenient and it makes great coffee. The o ly negative is that I tend to have issues with this brand of coffee makers not lasting very long. I actually had to get this replaced right before the one year warranty expired but Keurig was amazing in solving the problem!

I have always wanted to purchase a Keurig coffee machine but due to other priorities I have with my children I want able to get one. I was waiting for black Friday to purchase one but I was lucky to have received this k mini plus. I am a stay at home mom and have 3 kids. I am a busy mom who needs to be wide awake for daily challenges. After trying the k mini plus every day I am truly thankful and happy with my machine. It's so convenient and easy to use. I love that it fits anywhere. I also love that it has a strong brew button option because i love me some strong coffee. Comes with a pod storage designed to fit my brewer. This machine is for a 6 to 12 oz Cup and has a removable one cup reservoir just add water each time it also has a max line so you know where to stop pouring water. My k mini plus is fast and I get to enjoy my delicious fresh cup of coffee in minutes.
