I bought this about two weeks ago and it does make a good cup of coffee. The size is also convenient. However, it splatters all over the counter top, cup and back of coffee maker while brewing. I tried contacting customer service about this and was referred to the question and answer online.

But... after only 6 weeks I’m having problems with it. It doesn’t want to draw the water into the machine. The light fades & flashes then turns off. If I keep opening & closing the lid it will eventully work but the coffee is cold! I had a big Keurig for 10+ years and I passed it on to my niece when I got this one. The old one is still working flawlessly. Soooo disappointed!!!

Absolutely love my Keurig mini. I bought it about a month ago and use it almost daily. It's small and slim which I love it can fit anywhere and it's easy to take with you if you ever need to. Very easy to use makes anywhere from 8 to 12 ounces of coffee. Just fill up the water to the number of ounces you want pop in your favorite coffee pod and press the button on top and wait about a minute for some delicious hot coffee. It's also a perfect gift for any coffee lover.

I bought this and found that it won't brew a 6 oz cup as advertised. It works great on 8-12 oz. However at 6 oz, it drains the reservoir (nice feature that reservoir is removeable), begins to heat, and then shuts down. I even spoke to Keurig, was given a warranty replacement and it does the same. There seems to be some issue with less than 8 oz in the reservoir.

Using the Keurig K-mini Plus single serve is an amazing experience. This is an awesome product. First of all, is easy to use and has the perfect size to take it to the office, for travel, or whatever place you want. I need to admit that I fell in love with Keurig, this coffee maker has a perfect design, and it is sooooo beautiful, super fancy and has a professional look. Very high quality. Tip: The Keurig K-mini Plus single serve is on my bedroom now! You need to do this and you will wake up happy every day because your bedroom will smell sooo delicious :3 I love the smell of coffee in my mornings. Keurig now in on my top of mind. FIRST PLACE! Definitely ♥ I need to confess I am not fan of coffee but right now is essential in all my mornings! This product makes my day more colorful and fun. I bought this in March of 2021! February, 2022 hasn't even come and it stopped working this morning. Pressed the start button (several times) and nothing. It was good while it lasted. Compact. Simple operation. Perfect for limited counter space.

I really love the thin profile of this Keurig. It fits super easily in small spaces, and the device itself is very cute and stylish. My main issue with the product is that it often wastes the K-Cups because, even though I do everything right and follow the trouble-shooting, the machine will start the brew process and then not finish it. It will finally brew, but the water is luke warm and disgusting tasting. This happens about one out of five. I'm not sure why, but that's what keeps me from otherwise leaving a 5 star review.

Love this little guy! It’s super cute and sleek and is perfect for the office! Love being able to have a cup of coffee on hand at any time. It’s easy to use and clean and great to have when you only want to make a cup of coffee and not an entire pot.

I was excited to purchase this k-mini; it is the perfect size for the space I put it in and considering I am the only coffee drinker in my family. The k-mini works, sometimes. I will push the button and eventually, it will just turn off. Very frustrating when I need my cup of coffee in the morning. Great concept for Keurig; but, dysfunctional; I'm very disappointed.
