I was given this as a gift and was super excited to finally have my own Kuerig. I have used multiple style machines via friends and family, and I have to say, I found this machine to be the most complicated of any of the styles I’ve personally encountered. The first time I go to brew coffee each time, the first fill of water just runs with no coffee, and I personally do not have time to wait for this first initial ‘water cup’ each time I go to make coffee in the morning. Also, its very apparent when to actually push the button the brew the coffee. I find myself waiting forever and fussing with it by wasting multiple kcups to get the right brew or I’m in a rush hoping this little guy does it’s job and end up with a grossly watery coffee. One postive is that it is tiny and sleek and doesn’t take much room at all on the counter, but I find this product to be difficult for how ‘easy’ they are advertising for.

First time I used this, I had to call on this. Never know how much coffee I will get. Sometimes even half of cup. The coffee is usually just warm. Sometimes I have to press the bottom again cause it just turns off. One month later I called to send it back. In the month I had this not once did I get a good cup of coffee. My old keurig works great. Saw this model and had to have it. Big mistake. Horrible coffee, loud, and takes much longer. Hopefully my replacement will be much better.

I love it! It fits perfect anywhere in the kitchen because of the size and the color goes with every different decor. Since I'm the only one that drinks coffee in my home it's nice not having to brew a whole pot, it just takes a couple minutes to have one hot cup for me!

It’s ready in about 3 minutes! I loved the size the look is so sheek and elegant looking! The quality of the brew is definitely amazing! Tastes soo good! I received this from influenster for free review purposes, and I literally cried when I saw it. It's small, compact, and super attractive. Of course, I had to make a cup of coffee immediately, and the coffee is super silky. Much better than my Mr. Coffee. Super grateful to try this, super amazing and perfect for a college student such as myself.

I received my keurig mini plus coffee maker complimentary through Influenster and I absolutely love it! It’s the perfect size. It doesn’t take up too much room in my already small kitchen. I love the strong brew feature and the storage container for k cups. I would definitely recommend this product.

This is the worst coffee maker. It is loud and slow ... much louder and slower than any other Keurig I have used. The company would not let us select a different model when the first one quit working completely after a few months. This one is no better, but at least they gave us a new one. The machine has these little black pieces that we keep finding. They must be coming loose from the machine just like they did on the first model, so I am sure this one will stop working soon. Worst purchase I ever made. Just don’t know if I want another Keurig since the company will not let me put the price toward a different model. Probably time to cut my losses and move on.

I purchased the Mini b/c of its size. it worked for a couple of months, then stopped drawing water into the heating element. Keurig promptly replaced it, and the 2nd unit worked for a month. it's going back, in exchange for the Compact model. i sure hope it stands up to Keurig's rep; otherwise, 3 strikes you're out.

I was really excited for this machine because I really like the Keurig brand and its coffee. This coffee maker is slim and sleek, so it's easy to fit in your kitchen. It is very easy to use, and it brews coffee very quickly. My only criticism is that the coffee has been coming out very strong. I drink my coffee black, so it can be too strong for me. The maximum amount of water you can pour into the machine is rather low, so I think it might be too low for the amount of coffee in the K-Cup-- that is, I think the water to coffee ratio is off, which is out of your control when using this machine. If you drink your coffee with milk, this might not matter. Other than that, great coffee maker! I received this product complimentary to test for reviews. All opinions are my own.

I was very excited to use my mini plus Keurig for the first time. Followed instructions, then brewed my first cup. Wait a minute, what’s all the noise and where is all of my 8 ounces? Tried it again. Same result. This is the noisiest coffee machine I’ve ever owned. Contacted customer care. Their suggestion was to clean the needles. Why would the needles need cleaning on a brand new machine. Next person suggested that it may be defective but offered no option on replacing it. I’m not impressed at all!
