The first time I purchased this machine, it lasted 13 months. It malfunctioned just outside of the manufacture warranty. This was so depressing, especially since the company doesn't offer any way for the machine to be fixed. I couldn't find anyone to fix it and the company said they do not offer such services. It worked great before then. However, if the same thing happens again, this will be my last Keurig purchase. These things are too expensive for them to have such a short lifespan with no options for repair.

The more mechanical ones I’ve bought break down and need replacement often (which keurig does a bang up job of but it’s always a hassle) so when my old one broke I went to this less mechanical model if I hadn’t had a ton of pods to go through I wouldn’t have bothered but so far so good

Man, this little guy packs a punch. I LOVE that is has a “strong” button on it since weak coffee was one of the reasons I hadn’t previously purchased a Keurig. It brews a great cup of coffee reasonably fast and is easy to use. I’m just a couple minutes you’ve got yourself the perfect temperature cup of coffee. With the option to brew, 8, 10, or 12 ounces, you can really customize your experience. You can only brew one cup at a time, which is a slight downside but this is great for an office or for someone who lives alone. Overall this is a great product and worth your investment! I throughly enjoy this product because it is slim and chique. I have a small kitchen and was worried that there would not be any room, but my worries were for nothing. This product fits perfectly on any countertop. Also, it doesn’t take long for this coffee maker to brew. I love it!

I received my keurig mini plus coffee maker complimentary through Influenster and I absolutely love it! It’s the perfect size. It doesn’t take up too much room in my already small kitchen. I love the strong brew feature and the storage container for k cups. I would definitely recommend this product.

My sister has a different model Keurig. I really liked it so I thought I'd try a single serving one. The coffee is good but the serving size is limited to 12 oz. You may think that 12 oz is a lot until you put it into your mug. Only fills the mug half way. This is a regular sized coffee mug.

The design is very elegant and sleek and not bulky at all, it's easy to work with after you read the instructions and i love the fact that it turns off by itself a bit after all the brewing is done. It's very sturdy and a good quality product overall. I feel the price is right. The only reason why i give it 4 stars and not 5, it's because the coffee was not strong enough for me, even pressing on the ''strong'' button. It could have been the k-Cup that i used, it's the ''Green Mountain'' Natural Blend i believe, medium roast. I will have to try it with something else to confirm it;s indeed the coffee and not the Coffee Maker.

I got my keuring as a christmas gift 2 years ago and i am still in love with it. It saves counter space becauae of its slim desing is fashionable and easy to clean. The only cons for me are. I have some very cute mugs that wong fit under it. And sometimes i feel like its a bit loud when brewing. But. I am so use to it and i have a hole bunch of other mugs i can use. Other than that if u live in an apartment or if ur only making coffee for u its amazing. N cute.

Best little treat I have found for myself in a long time. This item was supposed to be a gift for my daughter, but it was so compact and cute that I kept it for myself. It's easy to use and brews the perfect cup of coffee every time. Definitely a great gift or treat for yourself.

This Keurig is perfect for small spaces. The coffee and tea process is fast and easy. The only issue I have is that it is a bit loud when heating the water for your coffee or tea. It was very affordable for being a Keurig, and I know it will last long!
