I’ve had 2 of these in the last year and both have stopped working properly. I got the yellow one and it just completely stopped working about 8 months post receiving. They sent me a sea foam one to replace it and it’s started to not brew the coffee about 30% of the time. I’ve had their other products and have had great luck. I’ve had one of the OG keurigs for like 8 years and it’s fine. But def don’t buy one of these little guys.

We have had our mini for a year. We use it multiple times a day. It’s small and not bulky like others we had. We had it in our tiny house before we sold it. The only thing it will do once in a while is freeze and not suck all the water up. I will have to unplug and restart.

Only lasted 6 months. Then started to make a grinding noise, and stopped making the water hot. Was a great little machine for a while; only two actual complaints (except that it broke). First, the water reservoir is so compact that the lid is pretty much right on the max fill line, so it's easy to splash water. But the removable reservoir is such a huge improvement over the original mini—I don't have to pull the unit away from the wall to fill it (it lives under a cabinet). Second, HUGE downside over original mini: The original Keurig Mini has a base that can catch an ENTIRE cup of coffee, if you happen to forget to put in your coffee mug. This new Mini can't; it only catches about half of a cup. Twice in six months, hot coffee EVERYWHERE. So, wonderfully compact and easily removed water reservoir, great red color (why did they stop making this for other Keurigs?), and awesome strong coffee feature; but, yes, it also just plain broke. Usage: 0-2 cups per day average. Would be 5 stars if it didn't break.

I had two of these Keurig K-mini plus coffee makers quit on me in 3 months! I was so excited for a Keurig because I like switching up my coffee and trying new things and I also liked how easy the machines were suppose to be to use but I had constant issues with it not pulling in the water correctly and wasted many coffee pods which are kind of expensive.

Bought this to replace the same one I had that kicked the bucket after 3 1/2 years. Makes great coffee. Nice and hot and strong. The only reason I didn't give it 5 Stars is because it seems noisier than my last one! Wish it was a little quieter when pulling in the water and brewing.

I received my mini as a secret Santa gift last Christmas. I've been using it ever since and it still works! I'm one of the few in the household who drinks coffee so this is the perfect size coffee machine especially because we don't have much room in the kitchen either.

this one is fine as far as making one cup of coffee, BUT it is rather difficult to clean the insdide. The holder that you put the K cup in is not removeable like it was in the previous model and it is very difficult to do a good job of cleaning the inside. It is very awakward to get to the insides to clean. I have to unplug it and take the entire pot to my kitchen sink, turn it upside down and rinse it under the faucet. Where previously you could just pop the basket the held the K cup in and out and put it in the dishwasher. I just don't feel it gets quite as clean as I would like it to and it is a cumbersome task.

I received this product for complimentary testing only and am in love with it already. I’ve had a keurig before but this new sleek mini design is awesome! In two days I used it 4 times already. It takes up zero room on my counter and brews a cup of coffee in 2 mins. Very happy!

I received a complimentary Keurig single use brewer to try out and give an honest review. I received it in the mail about 3 days ago and have used it 3 times. I have had a keurig before and was not a really a fan, but this one is really nice. They have changed a few things since I have owned one. The “strong” button is my favorite feature, because sometimes k cups aren’t as strong as I would like by themselves. I really like that this brewer is portable. I will probably use this brewer for camping, and could take it to work if I needed to. I definitely have a changed opinion on keurig brewers and will be buying more K cups for fun drinks and convenient coffee on the days that I am on the go.

It is a simple coffee maker. It works. Two issues with the user interface: 1. The huge brew button cat get accidently pushed, for example when closing the k-cup handle. It could have been a smaller, not as easily activated button instead... 2. It takes about two minutes to brew the coffee (expected), during which time, the machine loudly sucks in the water, and then goes silent for a minute, apparently while heating the water. The only indication that something is happening is a nervous blinking of the long, roundish LED. Instead, it should have been a few LEDs showing the brewing progress...
