I loved the compact sizing of this new keurig! Most brewers are bulky and this is perfect for small counter space. It did a good job of giving the coffee a more potent taste with the strong feature it has. It also doesn’t take long to brew. All in all I give it 5 stars. I bought this coffee maker and had it shipped to my dying father (cancer) and his hospice caregivers. This product didn't work properly right out of the box and was returned. A replacement was just delivered and it too isn't working like it should. A total waste of money! My late father lived longer than this product. Bottled water is used and the replacement coffee maker draws-down around one ounce and shuts off. The K-cup lever has to be lifted 4-5 more times before all the water is drawn down and it starts heating and brewing, and the result is luke warm half-brewed coffee,

I usually make a cup of coffee in the morning with a french press because I am the only person I have to make coffee for. However, when my mom comes to town she HATES using my french press because it is too much fuss. So she has a small dingy coffee pot that clutters my kitchen that I just want to get rid of and now I finally can!!! The Keurig K-Mini Plus is perfect for my house because it is compact and can easily be put away and pulled out for my *many* guests! My favorite feature is that it comes with a mini storage box to put the coffee pods in. The brew is also very good. I used high quality organic coffee pods and it was just as good as my french press. I've been using my Keurig mini plus for a year. I thought my machine was flawed and received a new one after speaking with Keurig associate who also deemed the first one flawed. After receiving the new one I realized that while using the reusable filter the instructions for use are not clear. For instance, if the filter is not nestled in place just right the machine will NOT continue to transfer water from the reservoir into the filter. I have to open and close the lid several times in order for the water the be completely transferred into the filter. Then I must use the microwave to warm up my coffee. I have this coffee machine but I would not recommend buying it. The machine works fine using the k-cups. I like chock full of nuts cubin blend, not available in k-cups. I want to buy the regular single serve Keurig but I'm not 100% confident it will work better. Any suggestions?

I received this complimentary k mini plus for testing purposes. 100% my honest review. I have always wanted to purchase a Keurig coffee machine but due to other priorities I have with my children I want able to get one. I was waiting for black Friday to purchase one but I was lucky to have received this k mini plus. I am a stay at home mom and have 3 kids. I am a busy mom who needs to be wide awake for daily challenges. After trying the k mini plus every day I am truly thankful and happy with my machine. It's so convenient and easy to use. I love that it fits anywhere. I also love that it has a strong brew button option because i love me some strong coffee. Comes with a pod storage designed to fit my brewer. This machine is for a 6 to 12 oz Cup and has a removable one cup reservoir just add water each time it also has a max line so you know where to stop pouring water. My k mini plus is fast and I get to enjoy my delicious fresh cup of coffee in minutes.

I won this at a raffle. It is ok but a mess to clean up after. It splashes coffee out of the cup when brewing. I don’t think there is a way of improving it. I don’t know I won it at a raffle so I don’t know the cost of this. If you like fresh brewed coffe I would recommend this product if you like cleaning up the mess all the time.

I purchased this newly designed brewer last fall for use on our boat. Previously we had a mini brewer onboard. We love the “strong” button, and that it doesn’t load the water immediately when the handle is raised. The slim design is especially nice for smaller spaces. As always........Great Coffee!!! The storage canister is super convenient. We’ve used a Keurig brewer at home since 2012. Very pleased!!!

I first purchased this K Mini Plus a couple of years ago and keep it at work. (Never knowing just how much I would Love The Strong Button) I purchased another for home, but after 6 months the strong button stopped working, believe my I can tell the difference when it doesn't work. I called customer service and they sent out a new one the same day and a return address label to return the one that did not work. I received the new one and I still can't believe the strong button did not work on my replacement unit. Again I spoke with customer service and they once again because it was under their 1 year warranty sent me out another replacement unit. I can now say I am so very thrilled that this one works Great. I love it. This Keurig K Mini Plus with the strong button is my favorite coffee maker and I just can't live without it. Thank you - customer service for taking such fantastic care of your customer's and keeping them happy. When I tell people of this experience, they can't believe just how well it was handled. You don't find customer service this good to stand behind your products the way you do. Thank you.

I love this! Received as a gift for my new home. Its very sleek and modern looking which I love. We’re not die hard coffee drinkers so the single serve is perfectly fine for us. Its easy to use for a first timer too! It takes about a minute or 2 to heat up and start brewing.

I bought mine in red after my full size one broke during a cross country move. I love this little one. It does what it's supposed to do and doesn't take up a lot of room. The one, minor drawback is that the tank for the brewer is much smaller. I have to refill it more often, but other than that, it's perfect for a one or two cup a day brew.
