I usually make a cup of coffee in the morning with a french press because I am the only person I have to make coffee for. However, when my mom comes to town she HATES using my french press because it is too much fuss. So she has a small dingy coffee pot that clutters my kitchen that I just want to get rid of and now I finally can!!! The Keurig K-Mini Plus is perfect for my house because it is compact and can easily be put away and pulled out for my *many* guests! My favorite feature is that it comes with a mini storage box to put the coffee pods in. The brew is also very good. I used high quality organic coffee pods and it was just as good as my french press. I've owned my mini plus for approximately a year. It was my first Keurig purchase. A month or so in, the brewer would not draw in all of the water as others have described. I called customer care and was told to remove the screen and stopper fittings then reseat them. It worked but I find it extremely annoying as this happens every 6 to 8 weeks and sometimes have to do it more than once to get it right. In the process, I've learned to remove the k cup so as not to waste it. Otherwise it produces a tepid, weak brew evacuating the small amount of water it had pulled in.

I purchased my first mini brewer (K15) in Aug 2012. It worked well for almost four years with 2 users. It was replaced in Nov 2016 when the top broke off. Our second mini performed well without incident approximately, again, 4 years. In Dec 2020 I purchased my last SLIM mini brewer and have been having trouble with it for a more than six months. It inconsistently works; it resumes working after different "fixes" but does NOT last. I clean it according to the directions provided by Keurig. It works maybe a day or two. I unplug it and plug it back it, it works for a couple of cups. I add more water and sometimes that works, but then water overflows in the mug and fills the tray. I have even just said the "___" with it and walked away and then 20 minutes later it starts brewing. This unit has lasted less than 2 years and is only used by one person - me. My adult children actually brought me a larger version keurig but I prefer the mini as the water is fresh each time and takes us minimal space on my kitchen counter. In addition, I am constantly having to remove water from the slot where the removable water tray is located. I thought this was a singular problem with my brewer only, but then I read so many reviews similar to mine. There seems to be problems in the design of the newer models.

I love this coffee maker! So compact in size. Fits on my counter top without taking much room at all. Comes with a pod holder that slides into the space where your cup goes while brewing. Quick brewing. Quieter than my last large Keurig. Will keep forever! Amazing item.

Any and all coffee lovers will agree that a quick way to make coffee is the way to go, that's what this keurig is. Super easy to use, always fills my mug, and is a great way to start the day. The mini is affordable and fits better on the counter, I would totally recommend!

I purchased this newly designed brewer last fall for use on our boat. Previously we had a mini brewer onboard. We love the “strong” button, and that it doesn’t load the water immediately when the handle is raised. The slim design is especially nice for smaller spaces. As always........Great Coffee!!! The storage canister is super convenient. We’ve used a Keurig brewer at home since 2012. Very pleased!!!

Purchased 6 days ago. It has never worked properly. From the beginning, we found ourselves varying our steps - lifting the lid, then pushing the button, lifting the lid and pushing the button at the same time, etc. Sometimes one thing worked, other times another worked. Finally today it just didn't work at all. I have never purchased a new product that failed so miserably from the very beginning. Keurig should take it off the market!

My daughter bought this for me. It has a nice appearance and the coffee tastes good. However, after 5 days the coffee maker stopped working. The "descale" button was flashing. I thought this was strange after only 5 days, but since my daughter bought it for me I thought I would try to make it work. So, I ordered the descaling fluid and followed the directions and...lo and behold...nothing happened. This coffee maker is no good!

I bought this three weeks ago and I keep trying different ways to make a cup a coffee and every time it makes more than what I want or less, and I am not changing the amount of water or doing anything different. Each cup is so watery. I’ve followed the directions and looked up videos to no avail.

Bought this for a house of 3 coffee drinkers and I have 0 regrets. This little workhorse is perfect since we all have such different schedules and it is really quiet in the morning. I would say this is a good priced product but if you are guzzling down coffee you should get a classic drip coffee maker.
