Was fine while it worked, but it didn't even last a month before dying. How is so hard for them to make a unit that lasts?

I like the size but I dont like how it works. Its more complicatted to operate than the other model Ive had for years. If it aint broke dont fix it!

its not as small as the picture will have you believe. Still quite large, wouldnt reccomend for an office desk.

Very pleased, I had a faulty machine (electrical issue was what the customer service tech suggested) and Keurig replaced it right away! Thank you!

So happy with this mini. So easy to use. Like the fact that water is alway fresh. Used a drip coffee maker for years. This by far is a better choice.

Doesn’t make the coffee hot enough. I would like to send it back. But I don’t think i can, because it has water in it now.

I bought this about three weeks ago I love it I have also given any smaller version of this to my daughter we love them!

The Keurig Reps were Fantastic to deal with , very helpful & took care of an issue in a Professional , Curteous and timely manner ..

To much trouble of getting what I was guarantee on the pods I ordered also receiving one set of pods

Good machine and does what it is supposed to, just louder on brewing than expected. Love the size and the pod storage. Just louder than expected.
