Hello, this review is because I used this machine, I don’t own this machine . my best friend has this machine and while I was housesitting I used it for a good week and wow I love this machine. I used it for tea, hot chocolate, apple cider and I use the filter to make my own coffee and it is just a phenomenal machine . It’s so easy to clean, quiet, easy to learn and always bruise the perfect cup no matter what you’re having and takes up very little space . Foot prints are very important to me . Sometimes I go over to my friends house just so I can use this machine he he he

Got up, inserted a kcup added water hit the strong button and start button, went and made my bed, came back and rinsed my coffee cup out and my coffee was still pouring into the cup. Yes I can rinse my cup cause even though they claim it fits travel mugs my 20oz contigo doesn't fit! I do really like that it has a strong button but 3 1/2 minutes to brew 12 oz is frustrating. Also a real pain that 12 oz is the max the water reservoir holds so you have to add water for every cup! I do like the small footprint, which is why we bought it, and the color but just wish it was faster.

I should have listened to other reviewers. I have owned 3 different Keurig machines. This one is terrible. I got it in December and by week 4 it was already making noise. By week 6 I had to hold down the top to get the water to flow. Now at week 8, I can't get it to work at all. I only drink 1-2 cups of coffee a day. Just received 8 boxes of coffee and am committed to 12 more boxes. Either I buy another machine that uses pods or I'm stuck with unusable coffee. Either way I'm out a lot of money. While it worked, the coffee was great. I used only bottled water which probably helped with the flavor. I will call customer service on Monday to see if they will make it right!

I must say I was never much of a hot coffee drinker but once I received this in the mail it has absolutely changed everything for me!! The size is prefect and doesn’t take up room in the counter and it makes a cup of coffee so quick doesn’t take up time at all! It has a “strong” button (I haven’t needed to use that) but it’s so easy to use I’m so happy this was my first machine because now I must drink at least one cup a day. Perfect for a single cup. It doesn’t have a water tank which I love because it’s at my beach house and I wouldn’t want it to sit between guests with water in it. My daughter also uses it in college and it’s great when she comes home for break not worrying she left water in it for extended time!

I am very happy with this machine! I read many reviews that said it stops working after a while, and that is true. But if you have hard water like we do, you must pour in a descaling solution or vinegar water mixture and run it through once then two more times with water. Also pop out the pod holder and rinse snd wipe out water container, esp the valve that takes in water. Takes all of ten minutes to do. It works like new after! Requires cleaning about every two months.

I loved the compact sizing of this new keurig! Most brewers are bulky and this is perfect for small counter space. It did a good job of giving the coffee a more potent taste with the strong feature it has. It also doesn’t take long to brew. All in all I give it 5 stars. I just received this brewer and after plugging it in I did the cleansing brew. Wow, WOW! I never in my 73 years have heard such a racet out of a brewer. I mean it was so loud it could wake the dead. Beware, unless mine is defective, this is a very noisy brewer.

Did Keurig test this product? I don't believe that they did because when using any "normal" size coffee mug that I own, coffee splashes everywhere every time I make a cup! I need to wipe coffee off of the counter, the mug, the machine and whatever else is nearby. The reason is likely the increased height needed to allow Keurig to brag that this brewer is "travel mug friendly." I even used a "taller than normal" mug and still had to clean up splashed coffee. I am going to buy a couple extra tall mugs - but I shouldn't need to do that. And, I am betting that there will still be a mess. Making the machine taller to be "travel mug friendly" also leaves insufficent clearance between the top of the machine and your kitchen cabinets. Not enough room to easily pour in the cup of water needed for the brew. If this machine was produced by my company, we would have noticed the problems with the first prototype and never produced it for released it for public sale.

Only lasted 6 months. Then started to make a grinding noise, and stopped making the water hot. Was a great little machine for a while; only two actual complaints (except that it broke). First, the water reservoir is so compact that the lid is pretty much right on the max fill line, so it's easy to splash water. But the removable reservoir is such a huge improvement over the original mini—I don't have to pull the unit away from the wall to fill it (it lives under a cabinet). Second, HUGE downside over original mini: The original Keurig Mini has a base that can catch an ENTIRE cup of coffee, if you happen to forget to put in your coffee mug. This new Mini can't; it only catches about half of a cup. Twice in six months, hot coffee EVERYWHERE. So, wonderfully compact and easily removed water reservoir, great red color (why did they stop making this for other Keurigs?), and awesome strong coffee feature; but, yes, it also just plain broke. Usage: 0-2 cups per day average. Would be 5 stars if it didn't break.
