My K-Mini Plus suddenly started leaking water, I called the customer service department and they were fantastic.

Bought this about a month ago and it is the perfect size for us! I like the small footprint due to limited counter space.

It’s a good product but it wasn’t what I thought it was originally. I wanted one that I could make coffee with my coffee not in a special container.

VERY CONSISTENT EVERY TIME. HAVE TRIED ALL TYPES OF ROASTS (LIGHT TO DARK) AND ALL HAVE BEEN FIRST RATE

Great compact design.water doesn’t get hot enough. By the time the coffee gets into the cup on strong, it’s cold. I even heat up the cup.

This is perfect size since space is limited! It works as advertised! Just a tad pricey! Don’t think a piece of plastic is worth the price I paid!

Love this upgraded version. Had the original and this new one has the Strong cup option which is great for us single parents who work nights

Love how it doesn’t take up much room on the counter. I’m okay with it not having a reservoir so you need to add your cup of water each time.
