Bought this a few weeks ago because it has a very small footprint. I wish the water got hotter. So hence the 3 star

Bought it to take to hotels when we travel, rather than dealing with crappy coffee at hotels. We also use as a backup if othe Kurig craps out.

Keurig responded to my request for help with a purchased Keuring that didn't function. They sent a new one that works better than the old one.

Had one, loved it, but broke after 5 months! Company replaced it promptly. I would buy the next size up in the future to be sturdier and better made,

It is always a pleasure speaking with support concerning my Keurig! Friendly, professional and efficient!

Bought in January. It gets clogged several times a month %26 does not disperse coffee. I have to use a paperclip to get it unclogged.

This was a replacement for a Mini Brewer that wouldn't close on some k cups -unfortunately this one is doing the same thing

I like the smaller size, it doesn’t take up much space and I’m ok with adding water at each serving.

Excellent response to my non-working Mini Keurig. Fast replacement! Love how this doesn't take up space and perfect serve every time

Love it and it makes a great cup of coffee. Also love its design...small and looks nice on my kitchen counter
