I like the size but I dont like how it works. Its more complicatted to operate than the other model Ive had for years. If it aint broke dont fix it!

My first one only lasted a month. Keurig sent me a replacement about 2 weeks ago. Fingers crossed!

Coffe grounds flood pod receptacle after brewing my last two didn’t do that. It leaves a bit of a mess every time I brew. I still love it

After 6 months the brewing light stopped functioning. Contacted customer service and a replaced my machine with no hassle.

They were placement coffee maker works wonderful thank you very much for helping me troubleshoot and try to fix the old one.

Machine doesn’t seem new, seems to have been used before and little things are not optimal, such as lid closing completely

Keurig you missed the mark on this unit. fill the water holder 2 times for 1 cup of very lukewarm coffee? nope. Awful directions. Awful product.

This is my second Keurig. I wore my one first out, loved it and I love this one. A great product and company.
