I got a K-Mini Plus replacement that was still under warranty.It’s great for our small kitchen and I love how it looks & saves space on our countertops. I got the Gray that goes well with our SS Appliances.

We purchased this for the RV, it's a space saver. Brews a good cup as you would expect from Keurig, but it does make a bit of noise. No matter, we're glad to have it to take on the road with us.

I am very happy with my Keurig machine, it’s only like 3 steps to a great cup of coffee, hot chocolate and tea. I love all the different favorites you can try, right at your finger tips. You can get the pods almost anywhere

This is a warranty replacement. Last one had a bad switch after just a few months of use. I really like the unit and replacement was easy and fast. New one works great.

My K mini plus had quit working. The person that took care of getting me a replacement was wonderful. They stand by their products. I had a replacement with in two weeks. I love my k-mini just the right size for me.

I tried to get trouble shooting help, which was pathetic (unplug and reply’s, flip the handle up and down), although the guy was nice. He very quickly went to selling me a new one. I had no idea this one was out of warranty. Makes me most unhappy.

The Brewed Coffe is not strong enough to make a normal cup! I have tried many times with different pods, I have been using a KEURIG’s for years and never had this problem....

Purchased a mini a couple a months ago and love it, had a slight problem with it but Keurig and the great customer service sent me a new one ! Couldn’t have asked for better service!!!

My coffee maker quit working properly, I contacted Keurig. They told me the steps to take. They would replace my coffee maker absolutely free no need to send the broken coffee maker back which saved me time and money.

Returned the first one because of noises after it was shut off. Sent a new one and works great. It is noisy when the water gets put in the heating chamber.
