Taking it as a backup for long trips - although the hotel already has one! Mine will either be the same or better and I'll have plenty of pods either way.

This coffee maker is too slow. Made coffee faster with my old Keurig 2.0 Now I have to wait for my coffee every morning, I may as well go stand in the line at a Starbucks. I wish I could send it back.

I was so excited to get this, as I live the convience of pids. Unfortunately the coffee doesn't seem to get very hot. I am sending it back, as $75 is too much to not have hot coffee. I will try another brand

At first I was alittle confused on how to brew my coffee even after I read the manual lol but I figured it out coffee brews in less then 2 mins, very easy and delicious. I wish I would of bought this earlier this year

I got very good help troubleshooting, we determined the kaurig could not be repaired. Karuig promptly sent me a new machine at no charge. I am once again enjoying a nice cup of coffee

We’ve had several Keurig’s over the yrs. Enjoy the ease of making coffee with these machines. Our last machine failed prematurely and the company was great on their warranty and immediate replacement of our unit.

My previous mini died before making the second cup in the morning. I contacted customer for guidance. After a couple of self tests it was determined to be unrepairable and a new one ordered immediately. They were very helpful.

Love that it has a stash for pods ! Had to get another one for my mom also makes a strong coffee only the mini plus has that feature my old mini did not

Have been having trouble with it. After sitting all night have problems getting it to start ( it does not get shut off ) I just use the auto shut off

I called to have a warranty replacement and the service and speed it was handled with was excellent. I received the replacement 2 days after I called with no hassle.
