I thought they may be mushy due to the solution they are in. The pieces are not all the same size! Not much fat either. I patted dry with a paper towels, seasoned and pan fried. They were delicious. Froze the remaining packs but haven’t use yet. I would buy again.

I purchased this product yesterday and cooked it with stir fry vegetables. I was very impressed at the flavor and how quick I was able to complete dinner in record time with a healthy option. I will be purchasing this again and use in so many other dishes.
