Ok Sams Club besties, You need to try this chicken. The flavor is delicious and the meat is so tender! This definitely made my meal prep easy or you can use it in your favorite family chicken recipe. I will definitely be purchasing this again. My only suggestion is that they make this in a whole breast as well and give us options. Some recipes require a whole breast and not one cut in pieces.

I cooked the chicken for last nights stir-fry dinner. The chicken was in various sized chunks, some still had the skin and fat on it, and a few bone fragments were included. The texture of the cooked meat was firm and it was dryer than I desire. Given the price $3.88/lb, I would not purchase this product on a regular basis. I prefer to purchase the full chicken breast, remove the skin and fat and then slice to the desired size for the particular meal, tacos (strips), stir-fry and kabobs (chunks), etc. This would not be an essential on my shopping list.

Chicken comes in 4 individual packs (~1 lb per pack) Pros: individual smaller packs / pre-cut to cook quickly / olive oil and salt keeps it moist Cons: needs seasoning to taste / pieces are not uniform in size / some gristle exists will definitely speed meal prep when in a hurry!

So much fat, tendon, and veiny parts. I couldn't even use it. Canned it up for my dogs. I'll stick to cutting up my own chicken.

This chicken was good and convenient. It's a little pricy for what you get, but I would keep some on had for nights when you don't have time to prep.

I bought this chicken last week. We sautéed the chicken in butter with a little milk, added Dukkah seasoning with Onions, pine nuts and pecans. Then added it to udon noodles. Wow, it was good!
