Not Consistent

My family loves Maxwell House coffee, so I stock-up via Sam's Club on a regular basis. As of lately, something has changed. I've bought (3) canisters on two different occassions and the coffee tastes moldy. The seal is fine, but the coffee is terrible. I've thrown away $40+ worth of coffee. I'm not sure I'll be buying Maxwell House from Sam's Club for a while due to this issue.
