We have been purchasing these salmon bites for 4-6 months. The whole family absolutely loves these we cook them in the air fryer and they turn out perfectly. We usually purchase 4-6 boxes a month. Because everyone loves them.

Color added trough feed! In other words they come from farm raised salmon fed crap feed to color their flesh pink in a ocean pen. No Thank you. Read up on the fish farm industry. Before you buy any farm raised fish or seafood products.

Overall nice taste with a crunchy bite. I would like more seasoning or even spiciness. The crunchiness covers up the fishy flavor for kids, so it good alternative to chicken nuggets.

purchased, box was in good shape, the sealed package insidr has two holes that are approx 1/4 inch diameter in it. freezer burn with probable food poisoning

Dash of salt and these are GREAT. We dipped in cocktail sauce. Anyone saying they are heavy or tasteless are insane. Bake 425 for 18 mins. Very nice. Reminds me of the little gems at Trader Joes.

I was ready to throw these out since they turned out so dry in my first attempt. Instead of cooking to 155 like the instructions say, take them out early when they are around 125, like normal salmon. Something like 120 and let it sit.

The first time I purchased these they were great. They were juicy, crispy, and had a clean salmon flavor. The next time they were completely different; very dry and fishy. I won't be taking that chance again,

I liked these. I bought them for a party we were having. I am eating the left overs for dinner tonight. They are sort of like a large salmon fish stick. I dipped in teriyaki sauce. Would be good dipped in tartar sauce and in a salad!

Got these to eat as quick appetizers at a fish fry. I cooked in my airfryer according to directions. For my family, we all agreed that they tasted fishy. I won't purchase these again.

Used my new air fryer to heat. A ton of oil came out and the product is way too salty. Each time I bought them, the flavor ranged from fresh to stale. I don't recommend ruining salmon by frying in batter.
