I love salmon and this is a little twist for a quick easy snack or lunch. It is moist on the inside and crispy outside. Works well as an appetizer

The salmon bites have a flavorful crunchy coating that is ok (but not my favorite). The salmon in the middle has good flavor but a fit dry.

Bite size enjoyable salmon bites .my only suggestions need a sauce or a dip can be bit dry .we use chili sauce. Serve with white rice and salad

We bought these to snack on during lent. Cooked in the air fryer…very tasty. Not a very strong fishy taste. Will buy again.
