Much better than expected. Didn't think I would like these so much because of the breading. I was wrong. Husband I both really enjoyed these. Flavor was great. Breading was crispy. We ate them with plain white rice. Just added some salt after they were finished cooking. Asked husband if he would change anything about them and we both agreed, No.

I was pleasantly surprised that I like the taste of these. 4 of these salmon bites per person is perfect. I dipped them in a little bit of ranch dressing. They do not have a fishy taste at all. I cooked these in my microwave on convection bake and they turned out nice and flaky. Salmon is really good for your diet. I am going to try the Salmon fillets next.
