Did not disappoint.

The first time I had these last year, they were great! But now? They are sooo fishy. For Salmon, a fish that is typically more mild, these have a grotesque fishy taste (sometimes fishy tastes good). Maybe I keep getting bad boxes, but these aren't the same.

To expensive

Cooked in the air fryer these are very tasty, can't over cook them. Delicious, they are like an adult version of fish sticks. I like to drizzle some sweet chilli sauce over, shake to cover. Eat like that or place them over white rice or plain in a salad with raspberry walnut vinaigrette dressing w/dried cranberries and maple flavored pecans delicious!

I tried these specifically because the reviews were so good. We didn't like them at all and ended up giving them away. The breading is VERY heavy & the salmon was bland & dry. I don't know why anyone would ruin good salmon with that thick breading. If there were such a thing as a fast-food salmon sandwich, this is what would be in it.

I read the reviews -- thank you, reviewers -- and thought I would give these a shot. Boy, oh boy. I put them on tinfoil sprayed with some cooking spray and put them in the convection oven on air fry for about 20 minutes, flipped them a couple times, and perfect crispness on the outside and so tender on the inside. I added some dill weed to a Louisiana style tartar sauce to dip them in. I am stocking up on these babies. Way better than chicken tenders.

I did get this item to try free of charge, but trust me that is not why I'm rating these 5 stars, excellent. They are honestly very very good. My daughter and I absolutely love them. We like fish sticks and these are like the upgraded fish sticks. They are very crunchy and we do then in the sir fryer. They are great by themselves but we love ketchup so we always dip them in heinz(best) ketchup.
