We just tried these tasty salmon bites for dinner tonight. Delicious! Like a grown-up version of the fish sticks you loved as a kid, but way better. We air-fried them and tossed them into Taylor Farms Buffalo Ranch Chopped Salad Kit (also from Sam's!). They are savory, crunchy, and have a very mild salmon taste. They are not 'fishy' at all, just yummy. They were good by themselves right out of the air fryer but also went great with the salad. I believe they would make awesome fish tacos wrapped with some crispy coleslaw in a tortilla or just snacking on them at a party, maybe with some spicy cocktail sauce. Versatile and easy to cook (only 8 min in the air fryer!), definitely recommend. In all honesty, I bought them in order to review them, but they ARE delicious! We will definitely be getting more of them to keep in the freezer and enjoy whenever we're in the mood for some tasty treats.

these are pretty good in the air fryer. I put them in for a minute less because I don't like them so overcooked. they are honestly pretty bland so I make a good homemade sauce for them, but they are convenient when you don't feel like doing something like this from scratch

I was somewhat skeptical at first. I've have served many ways, but never breaded. The bites were delicious , even better with a sprinkle of lemon. The salmon texture was perfectly flaked abd the breading was light and crispy. So glad I gave these a try.

My wife had looked at these a few times, but never got them. She was at Sam's and was trying to figure out what to make for dinner when she finally decided to get the salmon bites. We were pleasantly surprised how good they are! We were expecting a minced fish similar to fish sticks, but these are actually chunks of actual salmon filets with a delicious breading. They're delicious, surprisingly filling, a 10 out 10, and have become a quick dinner staple in our house!

These are nice and juicy. They lack a little bit of flavor if you like that. I also find that for me, the air fryer option isn't my preferred way of preparing them. All in all you won't be disappointed with these. You can definitely save time and find what works for you.

These are a new favorite of mine. They are almost an upscale version of a fish stick but with better quality fish. They are so easy and quick to.fix too. My favorite way is in the air fryer where it doesnt heat up the house especial duri g the summer. I took these to a friends get together with a dill dipping sause and an apricot dipping sauce and they were demolished, and everyong asked where i got them and for the sauce recipes (thats when you know its a success).

What happened? I've been buying these for over a year now. Just got 2 more boxes recently for Lent. I loved the fact that they were not all perfectly shaped...now they are perfect rectangles. To me they seemed more "natural" when they were not all the same shape. They taste pretty good... but I miss the irregular shapes. Would be a 5 star review... 3 stars for the tastes and ease of preparing. I'm kind of sad.

Enjoyed these. Were easy to cook in the air fryer and turned out well. Good taste and rather filling. Had previously bought a salmon bites product elsewhere with microscopic bits of salmon pureed into a cream cheese filling much like jalapeño bites when this is what I was hoping for. Great for dipping in Asian orange sauce or other. Would buy again.

Awesome tasting and easy to prepare

these are very good, and easy to fix
