We've had this dryer for about 8 months now and overall I would say we're happy with its performance. The controls aren't the most intuitive to use and definitely takes some getting used to but once you figure it out it does get the job done. The capacity is great and handles mega loads for our family with young kids without any issues, it's just a matter of finding the right settings to deliver the results that you're looking for. I would definitely recommend getting your appliances from Sams Club. The benefits vs. the home improvement stores make a big difference and the pricing is always competitive if not better than the other big box stores.
