I have been using these for years. Working outside a lot in the winter in construction these are great to keep your throat coated and getting that scratchy feeling breathing in subfreezing air. I use these all year round especially during changing of weather.

I really like the flavor and the presentation but I would rather have the natural sugar from the product to make it more healthy instead of having sucralose detrox or any other substances that try to substitute sugar that can cause damage to our bodies after a long time
