One of the best side and back sleeping pillows I have ever bought

I just got two delivered and what a disappointment, One is dirty like it was already used and the foam is falling apart on both of them. The Cooling gel is as big as a paper size. They are going back!

Bought it, put it in a pillow case the pillow already tore from the side in the case.

this pillow is very heavy

the 2nd night in used the pillow i woke up with working we hair my neck, shoulderd, hair and upper back were all wet and sweaty so no chilling going on with this pillow, it retains the heat instead of distributing it .
