Too smal don't like it

I make home made butter with this product and it always comes out wonderful!  It takes a bit longer to get it to separate from the butter milk, not sure why but the end product is as good as any premium butter one can buy in store.  And yes it also makes great whipping cream.

Excellent price

I buy this frequently as it's a great price,  but this time (and a few others) it's bad the same day i buy it.  I live 4 miles from the store, so it has nothing to do with storage.   This time it didn't smell off, but i sill it prior to using it and it was lumpy. I think that was it for me.

Only giving 4 stars instead of 5 because it has a known cancer causing agent as one of the ingredients, why cant the ingredients just be milk and cream like others ive found?
