Great to have 32 oz back in stock!

Pleased to see 32 oz is stocked again. The larger 64 oz would go sour before the expiration date because I couldn't use it fast enough. THANK YOU for listening to customer's requests to return back to 32 oz at good price.

Disappointed

I have been using this for a while, but only recently realized it contains carrageenan. I will be switching to a product that does not have the unhealthy ingredients.

Inferior to Land O' Lakes in every way

Does not produce a good consistency whipped cream and loses body quickly, which I attribute to its ingredient composition being overcompensated by Carrageenen for body. Like many others have stated, mine too consistently begins to smell spoiled prematurely compared to the Land O Lakes version, which would last beyond expiration dates.

Complete Fail

I have been using the various brands of cream that Sam's has offered over the course of 5 years and they have all been decent... until now. Sam's is now making it's own cream and so far...it is terrible. The taste is good but the consistency and the way it way it interacts with other ingredients is not great. Have to go to the other big box store to get cream now especially since it's locally made in a dairy in Texas.

From clean to toxic — are you trying to poison us?

This is supposed to be just cream. Now it has polysorbate 80—a synthetic emulsifier tied to gut inflammation, leaky gut, immune disruption, and cancer risks. Why take a clean, simple product and add toxic garbage? It feels like you’re deliberately trying to poison your customers to cut costs or extend shelf life. Absolutely disgusting. I’ll never buy this again and will warn everyone I know. You should be ashamed.

Too Adulterated

So disappointed with Sam’s. I buy a lot of heavy cream (usually from a local supplier), but I ran short and bought a case from Sam’s in a pinch. The price is better, but now I know why— it’s adulterated with emulsifiers. Wish I’d read the ingredients— Disappointed.

Nah

Have been buying this brand since they switched it for Land O Lakes and it was okay in the beginning but the last two I've purchased have been thin and watery. When you dip your finger in it has a transparency to it that true heavy cream should never have. It doesn't whip up as richly and has a lack of flavor. Will not purchase again!

Quality has gone down

I started buying this one when Sam's switched to their own brand from the Land O'Lakes one. It seemed okay at first but the last 2 I bought got extremely moldy around the lid and then traveled downward into the cream (not to mention I can't pour through the top that is all moldy). Gross! Please bring back the Land O'Lakes if the Member's Mark option cannot perform!

watery. doesn’t whip like other brands do.

Like others, I too experienced a watery substance and it did not hold body of whipped consistency for longer than an hour. And at that it didn’t have stiff peaks. I don’t even think you could make buttermilk and butter out of this stuff. That fat content isn’t enough to hold the title of “heavy” whipping cream. More like regular whipping cream with some half and half in it. Not impressed. Was really rooting for it too because of the price and MM brands are actually very good in other areas. This is not one of them that succeeded.

I do NOT recommend this heavy whipping cream.

I tried to tell the truth about why I wouldn't recommend this whipping cream, but it my first review was rejected. So - Let's just say: I do NOT recommend this heavy whipping cream. This is NOT a heavy whipping cream consistency. This does NOT whip up as a heavy whipping cream should. This is NOT a good value. I DO NOT recommend that you buy Member's Mark Heavy Whipping Cream. This Member's Mark Heavy Whipping Cream does NOT have the sweet flavor a heavy whipping cream should have - and I would know. I am responsible for making somewhere between 25-40 desserts every Sunday for an elderly resident's family social afternoon for a large home, most of which need a good, heavy whipping cream.
