I am giving this 3 stars as I have not used this yet. This is the first time I have purchased this product. I use this for backing and a thickening agent in milkshakes. I will write a follow-up review once I have used this.

Realized this is what has been tearing up my stomach. I used to buy this product a lot, then realized over the past few years that it is no longer the same. Preservatives and mono-and diclycerides. Why??? I can no longer purchase unless I want to be bent over with stomach pain all day long.

I love this heavy whipping cream. It has no sugar so great for me to use for my morning coffee. I whip it up and put in my coffee. I top it off with cinnamon. Awesome. Got me a small battery operated whip and like magic it whips the cream so I can heap it onto my coffee. Love waking up to have my morning coffee.

I have been doing a lot of cooking classes since the inception of Covid and having to be sequestered at home. Although I don’t make a lot of heavy desserts it’s very nice to have this cream on hand not only for desserts but occasionally for savory dishes as well.

Too many ingredients in this product; it should just be one heavy cream.

It's ok if you don't mind chemicals.

I hate that they add chemicals to the cream, I wish it was a clean product

Spoiled or left w. Out when i open it was weird consistency

No need for carrageen or guar gum in my dairy. Use healthy cows and you don't need crap in dairy.

This HWC was so thick it would not even pour out of the carton!
