Purchased this model after doing much research. After receiving the IGEN2500 filling with oil provided, I started it and was happy with the noise level, 2500 peak watts is enough to keep my refrigerator, oil furnace, sump pump, lights and TV on during an outage. I also like the digital readout, remaining run time, power output, voltage, and lifetime hours. It wont run everything, but it is portable, quiet, fuel efficient, and that's what I wanted.

Purchased for hurricane season, hopefully we don't have to use it much. My husband put the oil in as instructed and added only a little gasoline for a test run. Placed it on choke and with one pull the generator started right up. He then plugged in a drill on an extension cord just to make sure it worked properly.

Bought an inverter generator to replace a noisy and heavy traditional one with wheels. Im very happy with the i2500c, more quiet than I anticipated and light weight. Super easy to maintain and run, I haven't run it to its fuel limit, but looks to be able to run 10 hours at the eco position.

I have been looking for an inverter generator for a while. It's hard to find one like IGen2500, powerful yet efficient. I can run quite a few appliances with 1 gal gas tank for hours. In addition, once done with break in, it runs smoothly. A great product!

Great little generator. Runs smooth and quiet. Control panel is easy to read and very helpful, let's you know clearly how much power your using. Very portable. Thinking about getting another one to run in parallel. There are advantages to having two smaller generators versus one big. Recommend.

I bought the unit to power a travel trailer. So far the unit has been fantastic. Started on the first pull, powered the whole trailer without a hitch. The owners manual is very well written. I am impressed you even discuss how to adjust the valves. I didn't think there were many of us left that can do this!! I love the threaded connection on the crankcase oil funnel. NO MESS. Great weight to power ratio. Very nice generator for at fair price point. THANK YOU big W.

I bought this 6 months ago for just incase I needed it. Hurricane Ida left many in LA without power for many days and weeks. My generator performed flawlessly and powered my refridgerator, 2 fans, TV and DVD for 3 days running 10 hrs on a full tank of gas as advertised. Gas was extremely hard to find for a few weeks after storm so I was spared having to use what gas I had looking for more. I am well pleased with my purchase.

With 2500 peak watts, this is just a bit bigger than the usual 2000ish watt generators I was looking for to power my RV's 13.5K air conditioner while boondocking. It does successfully start my AC if I have absolutely everything else turned off. (May add a soft start capacitor to the AC to ease the startup load) Wish the access panel to check the oil was toolless like the spark plug access panel. Great compromize on size, weight and power.

Generator came a couple days ago. I added the oil and gas, started on the second pull. I used my rv for the break in period. Five hours later I shut it off. I would like to tell you more but that's all I ran it so far, but those 5 hours it ran great.

I could not believe how easy it is to start. It is small enough to move around easily yet produce all the power for any home emergency caused by a power outage. The Digital Data Center is a big plus and easy to read which lets me keep up with what's going on with the unit
