The poor packaging of the generator, within the box, enabled it to become damaged during shipping (broken fuel cap, top of fuel tank bent, and fuel leak due to brent / cracked tank). I will reach out to Westinghouse to see if they will help with this matter. I'll give feedback that more protection of the unit is needed for shipping.

I purchased two i2500 invertor generators with the anticipation of needing two to power our RV 15 K BTU air conditioner. Received both generators in perfect condition. Put motor oil in that was provided in the box using the provided screw on funnel. NO drips or mess. Perfect setup. Turn switch to choke, turned off econ mode... One pull and started.. After a short burn in run. Off to test. I shut down the RV power. Turned off AC. Started up i2500 generator. Let it get up to speed with Econ mode on. Plugged in the RV and tested without AC on, tested Microwave, and coffee maker at the same time. Generator ran up a little on RPM's but settled back down while running both microwave and coffee maker. I them turned off Econ mode and tried the 15 K BTU AC. Not expecting anything. One i2500 unit ran the 15k BTU AC without a problem. I let it cycle many times. Never had a problem running on just the one i2500. I oiled up the 2nd i2500 and again one pull start. I am keeping both i2500 with a parallel cable for the larger load of AC, Microwave and coffee maker. The 3 essential life items. Highly recommend the Westinghouse i2500 generator!

I just purchased this item. Set up was a breeze. It started on second pull. So easy my wife can easily do it - and she doesn't like messing with it. If it does all that is advertised and other long term reviews say, I will be very happy with the purchase. I like the weight and size. I can easily place it in the back of my elevated PU.

I bought this last month and just used this past weekend. I filled fuel only 1/4 full and ran tv, hotspot and satellite for almost 6 hrs. In eco mode this thing is so quiet and very fuel efficient. Also after extensive research this has better ratings than the other “red brand”. I highly recommend it

I purchased the Igen2500 and I love it so far. This is my second Westinghouse generator purchase. My previous purchase was the Igen4500 which has never failed me. This unit is small, light yet powerful and when paralleled with my 4500 I will have nearly 50 amps of capacity

I received the unit and followed the start up instructions. Unit started right up. The Igen2800 was not difficult to pull start. Ran the unit for about 20 minutes and put a couple of loads on it to make sure it operated. Nice portable size which will help run electric tools out in the back 40 and run small loads in case of temporary power outages.

Purchased this back in early August 2021, and had a chance to use it as Tropical Storm Nicholas passed through Houston. Set up was easy. The unit started in 2 pulls. I love the digital features that shows hours left based on fuel amount. I didn't use it heavily (router, modem, 2 x 27 inch monitors, laptop, a couple of lights and fan) from a load perspective, but did use it for several hours. It wasn't the most quiet, but definitely not loud either. For what I had purchased it for, I was happy with the overall results. It had a great price for the features available! Hopefully, it'll last a while.

We were out of electricity due to a storm. We were able to save all of our food in both freezers and refrigerators. The generator only used 1 gallon of gas and that was very impressive with the gas prices as they are now. One of our best purchases we have ever made!

I bought this generator a few days ago and already did first break in hour and tested under load. Works quiet, start from the first pull and easy to move around. Very fuel efficient. In addition to that I really like monitor screen where you can check power load, voltage, wattage used and amount of gas left! Will check how it is gonna work on the long run, but from what I can see now this little thing is a super cool!

I live in a tropical island with a very poor elecric power service. The last huracaine Maria in 2017 left the whole island in the dark for over 7 months. Some places over a year. Besides that we have power failures basicaly every day for many hours. I used to own a big generator, but fuel costs where absurd ! Now my family and I could have peace of mind with this exellent generator, not having to worry about the amount of fuel it wil consume, besides it is so quiet and it efficient I am glad I chose this model...
