After extensive, exhaustive research I decided on the iGen2500 as an emergency power source. I read every review and watched every video. I also talked to customer service and they are knowledgeable, professional, and very quickly accessible.It has the best overall combination of power, features, quality, run time, low noise, and customer service of any generator in it's price range or anywhere near it. It's (reliable)power to weight ratio (with the low decibel noise level) is unmatched unless twice the price of the iGen2500 is paid (you still will not get a fuel gauge). It's fuel gauge (fuel remaining in liters) and lifetime hours tracker are not found in many generators and are a must have feature for me. I don't find the generator lacking in anything and I have zero buyers remorse (VERY unusual for me as I am very particular and have very high expectations which are rarely met). Thanks Westinghouse! Let the summer storm power outages begin!

I have friends that have Westinghouse generators and like them so I thought I would check them out. I research the daylights out of anything I purchase. And am I glad I did. I compared them to the yellow and orange brands along with some I never herd of before. I specifically wanted a 2500 watt unit. So comparing the 2500 surge watts to running watts the Westinghouse was the winner. It has a larger CC engine compared to most and that larger engine ran at a lower speed (RPM). These in my mind means longer more reliable life. I like the data center ( which most don't have) so I can monitor its health and performance Got it home filled it with oil and gas read the operators manual and started it up. It was a 28deg. day so it took 3 pulls but it started with authority and ran perfectly when warm. I did the break in procedure and now I cant wait to power up the camper. So far I am very happy with my decision.

I just got this new Digital inverter Generator today. I put in the oil that came with the unit and added gas. After the first 2 pulls it started right away and runs great and quiet. It's a nice looking unit and I hope to have many years of use with it

The generator was in perfect shape when I unboxed it. The only problem I had was it didn't start after about 10-12 pulls so I took the side cover off and discovered the choke was not adjusted correctly. It was an easy fix. I loosened the screw that holds the choke cable and slid the choke arm to the full choke on position. With the choke on and it started in 3 pulls. So far it runs smooth and everything works as it should.

My wife bought this as a gift for me. After reading owner's manual & online reviews of this product, I couldn't wait to test this unit out. I'm build a deck on my house, so I figured this would be an opportunity to test unit out. This generator performance is OUTSTANDING! I was able power multiple construction tools, keep my cell phone & bluetooth speaker continuously charged, yet, provide necessary power to my miter saw & skilz saw, along with keeping my cordless battery charged for my cordless impact/drill.

Recently bought the Westinghouse igen2800, a necessary item in FL. Followed the first time start up menu and it fired up easily. I connect a freezer full of food and it handled the load easily. Ran it for 15 mins w/no problem. Do not know how long it will run yet but am confident since it is a Westinghouse product.

Purchased on 08/07/2021 and very satisfied with the product. Easy to follow instructions to get the generator ready for use. Runs quiet and easy to maneuver to different locations. One pull start-up. One recommendation I would make is to place the serial number on my model, iGen2500, in an easier to read location. Otherwise very satisfied.

Right now it's 1 star, I hope I can change that..I only used this one time and did everything that is suggested when storing and use and when I say one time, I used it one for 5 hours and now it won't start…I heard bad thing about Westinghouse and I was hopeful it was all wrong, guess next time I'll listen to what the reviews said and avoid this! I'm about to reach out to support and see if they will help. TBC…

Just received this unit. It was packed very well and the setup instructions were spot on. Unit cranked with the first pull and ran well. Not eager for a power outage but am eager to give this unit a real test during our next power concern or camping trip.

I PURCHASED THIS IGENERATOR TWO DAYS AGO SETUP WAS VERY EASY AND WESTINGHOUSE PROVIDED EVERYTHING NEEDED TO GET STARTED INCLUDING A NO SPILL FUNNEL. THE RECOIL START IS VERY EASY EVEN MY 5YR OLD GRAND DAUGHTER CAN START IT. THE UNIT IS EXTREMELY QUIET AND THE PUSH BUTTON LED FEATURE TO CHECK FUEL LEVEL AND OUTPUT IS VERY NICE. THIS FEATURE ALLOWED ME TO MAINTAIN THE OUTPUT LOAD UNDER THE RECCOMENDED 50%. I COULD NOT BE HAPPIER WITH THIS UNIT
